Nice hotel close to church and plaza easy parking
My experience the hotel was nicely and comfortable there’s is hot water and there staff are Kind. The owner Spoke to me personally about the prices of their halls for party events a very kind man. But I do wish that the hotel had heaters. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Me cobraron más de lo indicado el la página y en la reservación por pagar con tarjeta de crédito, además de que no me dieron factura, ya que si me la daba me tendría que cobrar 20% más al 5% extra que ya me habían cobrado! Aunque le comenté que en la página ya venían contemplados los impuestos

Las camas y almohadas están muy incomodas. Además, a un lado del hotel hay un restaurante/ bar que tiene la música muy fuerte y se escucha en las habitaciones, no te dejan dormir.

La regadera estaba tapada. La llave de la habitación no funcionaba. Los espacios de estacionamiento son reducidos. Es mas bien un motel no un hotel. No cuenta con servicio de restaurante o cafetería. Se escucha mucho ruido en las habitaciones

El precio se me hace excedido para la calidad que con sus instalaciones. Camas muy duras, el baño con papel muy pobre. Cobijas simples y quizá nos tocó un momento del clima pero pasamos frío porque no había mucho con que taparse. Creo que deberían de reconsiderar sus precios.

Es muy alto el costo para las instalaciones y servicio. La habitación está en malas condiciones estaba sucia, no había agua caliente, no había forma de pedir cobijas o necesidades. El lugar se ve en decadencia, sin matenimiento. La ropa de cama de muy muy baja calidad, sin aire acondicionado y el lugar es extremadamente frío. Decepcionada e muy incomoda mi estancia. Me decepciona que expedía ofrezca lugares así. No es 3 estrellas

Hotel muy ruidoso
El hotel es muy ruidoso sobre todo en las habitaciones de abajo, se escucha todo, autos, motos, conversaciones y no se diga la chicharra de recepción porque la gente de recepción generalmente no está en el mostrador, aparte de que hay una señorita en particular que no muesta mucha amabilidad al atender. Desafortunadamente no hay muchas opciones de hospedaje en este lugar y este hotel es de las únicas opciones que hay.

Un lugar bonito para estar, pero descuidado
El hotel está un poco descuidado. La habitación tenía muy sucio el piso, se ve que hicieron una reparación, dejaron clavos en el suelo por todas partes. No había toallas, no habia botellas de agua, no había shampoo, no reciben tarjetas de crédito, no tiene aire acondicionado, las canas duras como piedras, igual las almohadas y lo peor, el check-out a las 11:00!!!! Pésimo!! Fuera de mercado totalmente. En conclusión, la relación costo VS beneficio no es la mejor. Me costó lo de un Holldayinn, pero sin la limpieza y las amenidades. Tienen mucho que mejorar, ojalá lo consideren.
