The room was adequate. No sink in the bathroom, paper/plastic cups instead of glass/ceramic. Small crowded breakfast room.

I requested for an early check-in for at least one room out for the 3 I have booked since it was 105 degrees out. They told me that they were going to add me on their “early check-in” waiting list when I called at 8:00AM the day of my check-in date. I called two times after that and was told they were going to call me once A room is available. It was passes 3:00 (regular check-in) time and received no calls or even a courtesy just to let us know that no rooms were available for early check-in. Once we finally checked-in, the rooms we weee assigned was not tidy and had crumbs of crackers on the floor. The front desk were very unresponsive and frankly quite rude. So will never coming back to this hotel.

Last minute booking in Expedia a bit pricey for Friday,but for a nite gateaway to Temecula winery for our wedding anniversary it was fun trip, first time visited, We arrived check in ~4 ish pm on Friday & suprised check out time too early the next day Saturday at 11 am when called receptionist & found out, she extended till 1130 am. We usually know noon time check out & can be requested for extend longer at other Inn/ hotel to 1pm. We asked the receptionist lady when checked in about the winery hours she didn’t know, but Temecula famous of winery. Breakfast was ok, but the sausage was very salty & some bacons too. AC was kinda loud soun the window can’t be adjusted up. Our room was big spacious with couch & discounted price. All clean, carpet kinda old. Fridge maybe kinda old, too cold, put some bottle of waters were frozen.
