Very very bad value for the money, no better than hotels that are half the cost. Exactly what I was trying to avoid. Room was not clean and many items quite dated. TV did not work and looked like an outdated in-house system. Maintenance could not fix the tv and suggested we move rooms late at night rather than bring in functional equipment. Just wanted to relax eat and watch tv, couldn’t even do that which is the bare minimum. Smokers right outside the outside doors and guests and staff having loud telephone conversations in the staircase next to our room at night. Breakfast was good and staff were nice.

Kudos to the desk staff. all were courteous and pleasant to work with, especially Hope Forsythe, Desk Manager. The fridge in our room did not work the staff was quick to replace it , thank you to the maintenance crew they were great!! We enjoyed our time here. we would definitely stay here again.

This was great stay! The front desk staff was welcoming and informative. The laundry area was convenient since we had to wash sports uniforms that needed to be used the following morning. The complimentary breakfast was great — hot food was available (not just boxes of cereal and bagels) and the staff kept the dining areas clean and fresh. Will definitely stay here again.
