The lady at the window kept trying to say there was 3 people staying till i asked my boyfriend to step out of the car. And she was rude about it

The room sucked..
The room smelled real bad the carpet is all dirty, there was stains on the heater cover that looked like dry blood the entrance door to the room had a piece chunk broken of seemed like the door was kicked in the cold air came in thru there the shower pressure sucks to shower but we had no other choice but to sleep in it we were tired from driving

The lady charged me for bringing someone that was not sleeping over. At the end she didn’t want to give me my deposit because I didn’t leave at 11. She kept calling me telling me to leave or pay.
