We called housekeeping & front desk answered to let them know we needed toilet paper. There was only 1/2 a roll in our bathroom & 3 people in our room when we checked in. And were told we had to go downstairs to get it. There was no extra rolls in bathroom. All the hotels we've ever stayed at we always had extra rolls in the bathroom.

Michael and Jazelle were amazing and helped to make my Wife’s wine country getaway even more memorable! Jazelle was so sweet with my Daughter and joked with her throughout our stay. Michael helped us with any requests and was patient and kind! I enjoyed the breakfast!

The blackout blind and metal holder fell onto my sister's hands and broke the skin in two places when she tried to close it. I asked that I be contacted by the manager about this very dangerous incident. I have never heard from anyone. It could have hit her on the head.

Murrieta Relax and Chill Stay
The stay was great. The reason for the stay was to relax after packing my house and moving to Murrieta. I needed a few days to just chill and do nothing. My room was close to the elevator (as I requested) and very quiet even though the hotel had a large group of teenagers staying there. Breakfast was okay I did not try all of the items available ( good variety for everyone) cereal, oatmeal, waffles, toast, bagels, eggs, sausage, fruit, muffins and juices, coffee, milk etc. I had the sausage, country potatoes and cranberry juice it was sufficient so I would not be hungry later. Bathroom, bedroom area was very clean, towels were soft, bath shower gel smelled refreshing and was calming while taking a shower. Mattress and pillows were too soft for me, but I still had a good nights sleep and a few short naps during the day! I would definitely recommend staying at the Hampton Inn in Murrieta.

Hotel needs a better manager
WELL WHEN WE GOT THERE I ASK FOR A 1ST FLOOR DUE TO ME BEING DISABILITIES AND MY SON BEING DISABILITIES AS WELL, THEY PUT US ON THE 4TH FLOOR. DUE TO ROOMS NOT BEING READY. AT 3PM THEN THE ROOMS CARPETS WAS STAINED ROOM HAD HAIR IN THE TUB. THE ROOM WAS VERY DUSTY THE COFFEE MAKER,WAS DUSTY AS WELL. I HAD TO BRING IT DOWNSTAIRS IT WAS FULL OF DUSTY AND FULL OF DUSTY. FOR 2NIGHTS STAY AT $500.00 DALLOR IT WAS NOT UP TO PAR, IT WAS NOT WHAT I'M USED TO IN A NICE ROOM . THE DOG'S AREAS WAS FULL OF DOG feces from the big dogs. NO DOG'S BAG'S I HAD TO GO TO THE MAIN OFFICE TO TELL THEM. AND THEY ALSO RUN OUT OF FOOD ON A LABOR DAY WEEKEND THAT'S SO UNACCEPTABLE.

Not clean. Mold in the corners of the shower. Smelled dirty. Not enough towels and wash cloths. Bed is very uncomfortable. This hotel use to be very clean and nice.
