On the upside, the property was clean and staff were absolutely wonderful. They have a great happy hour as well. Down sides, I paid extra for a pool view and got a corner unit with only the view of pool chairs. The pool was also not heated so it was a complete waste of amenities. No hot tub.

When we were walking to our room there were two carts that stayed in halway our whole stay, carpet unvaccumed, hair in bathroom on toilet seat, also counters did not seemed to have been wiped down with clean towels, looks like someone just kinda took a dirty towel and smeared it really quick. we checked in before 4, if they were not ready to hhave us i would have preffered to check in at four and them taken more time to actually clean the room i would be spending my new years eve in!!!! also called for extra pillows.....that never came.

It was very pleasant. The room was very clean except for the bathroom sink which was neglected around the inside upper edges. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Bar was nice to hang around and the pool area has a great fire pit to hang out with friends to eat and share a drink. Many options for food take out and close by Old Town to see live music.

Sorry guys but the hotel has really gone down hill
So we stayed here three years ago at Christmas and the hotel was amazing. We love it so we decided to book it again for this year at Christmas time, well everything has really gone down hill. The heater didn't work and they didn't have someone to fix it, the sheets and comforter had holes in it, the fan in the bathroom came on when it wanted to, the TV remote batteries were dead. there was no toilet paper or tissues and we only had three towels, No one would answer at the front desk phone. We did go down and let them know but nothing was done at all about it and when we asked about switching rooms since we had one of the biggest rooms all they could offer was a smaller room which we didn't want. Thank goodness my mother lives close so we borrowed a space heater, blankets and batteries. We went shopping to buy toilet paper and tissue. We definitely won't be staying again. Hopefully the hotel can hire additional help.
