The room are stained, you have to pay for own parking, no complimentary water for your rooms to make the coffee they provide!! For being one of the most expensive places to stay around there it's not worth it! Lower paying hotels in area has better quality for your buck. Very disappointed.

I love the property very clean, relating atmosphere feels like home very modern. The room are very clean and cozy. Love the location closer to the freeway. 15 minutes from the wineries. For sure, I’ll be coming back.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because 1) I had to pay a third party for party and 2) the continental breakfast was $16 a person, only coffee was complimentary; expensive for what was offered. Very clean hotel.

Pet friendly hotels are great, but they do need a few bedrooms that dont allow pets for thise of us with allergies, which was my husbad's case. Three days with eyes allergies because of that. To top it off, cleaning is every other day unless requested otherwise, which we did but they didnt provide. When i called frint desk to ask about it, he apologized but said he didnt supervise cleaning, like that was bit his problem. Excuse me, who are the guests supposed to ask questions? I understand things happen and i wasnt mad about the no cleaning, but to get this response as a customer is what determines if i will ever get back there.

Nice, new property. Did not like the beds, but mostly the pillows. They are unsupportive and floppy. I did not sleep well at all, despite it being a beautiful hotel and would only recommend they get new pillows to match the new, modern look of the property!
