Nice stay for couple at Pala
The room we got had 2 queen beds. The room was large and comfortable. Free parking and FREE ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING! Pools are really nice but close at 7pm. Nearly all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

I love the room, the pools and jacuzzi (because there are like 5 pools) and all the staff was really nice and helpful with us. The only bad thing is that slots were not giving money, I lost 😞

Nice property , Resturant stuff were great , nice atmosphere, the only problem we had the lady at the checking was very rude , I think she had bad day . Her name was Rubi and every time she want say something she was shutting , no personality See Person like this shouldn’t work in front desk helping guests , because she made me so angry I told my husband I won’t come back here again . I am very disappointed , because Pala is nice hotel but having good personal is a plus .

Great experience!
Very nice resort. Room was large and comfortable for 2 adults. Included mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker with coffee, tea and condiments, free water, oversized body wash, shampoo and conditioner, multiple charging ports. Bed was very comfortable with 4 pillows and a wedge pillow. Tasteful, modern styling. Large bathtub.with a seperate shower and toilet in a roomy bathroom. Magnified mirror on wall. Lovely pool area with several cool pools with in-pool seating, and 2 hot tub pools. A full service bar and snack restaurant are attached. Poolside service is offered. Several firepit tables skirt the area. Cabanas are available to rent. Full casino, event venue, gift shop, restaurants and bars are in main building. The service we encountered throughout the resort was 5 star. The employees were friendly and attentive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
