I love it the hotel except they are closed the jacuzzi l want to used it because my lower back is hurting and l cannot used the bathtub they don’t have mat because l can’t get up because of my pain of my back

Check in was stodgy
When we checked in, there were two senior ladies using walkers who stood at the check in counter. The attendant then assigned us rooms very far from the elevator. Once we saw our rooms, we complained about the distance to the elevator. We were reassigned rooms very close to the elevator after that.

The room we stayed in smelled fresh and clean. Nice layout of furniture. Quiet and peaceful night. Were provided with shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash. Good size, and smelled really nice. Very nice size bathroom. It included a beauty mirror. Very helpful when applying makeup, or for men when shaving. Would stay again .

We stayed for the weekend while attending a wedding in Fallbrook. Hotel was great! Very clean. Nice pool. Variety of food options on the property. Only negative was some of the quick service workers pressured you to tip. I'm all for tipping but not every time you are walking up to grab something quickly.

Plan to pay if you want to check in before 4pm
Visited for a wedding nearby. At first i was very impressed with the property as it was very clean and the valet staff was very helpful. Then I got to the front desk and although nice, I was charged an extra $35 to get to my room, which was already ready, 2 hours before the ridiculous 4pm check in time. Had no choice since I had to get ready for the wedding. Other than that the place was ok.

Stayed one night instead of the 2 we were supposed to. The resort is kinda in the middle of nowhere, which is fine but not very obvious to travelers. The casino allows smoking and the smell travels bad so the whole first floor smells gross. The folks who checked us in were nice but there was a long line and a few employees walked by, stopped and looked at the line for a minute and then just walked away. Rooms are nice it's just the first floor that sucks
