We travelled the entire coast. Of all the stays this was the best for the price. The blankets were amazing. The beds were comfortable. The environment was safe. The desk clerk was nice and respectful.

Easy access to room from parking lot. No walkin-in shower or handicapped-accessible bathroom. The $100 deposit was a bit much.

You need to buy new Bedspread, the one we had has cigarette marks and looks disgusting. you need to let the people know that they need to bring their own drinking water.

Very comfortable stay. Area is quiet and dining options are close by. Old Temecula is a short walkaway. Hotel has a pool that looked to be well kept and functional although I did not use it. Staff polite and helpful.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was dark and dreary. We did not get our room cleaned (we stayed two nights) and only got "I"m sorry" when we complained. I would not recommend it at all.

Honestly it is not an 8 rating. We will say that they are trying. Rooms look freshly painted including the outside. Rooms present nice, looks like newer 2nd hand hotel furniture. Looks like new carpet. Had an odd smell (old smoke smell). The biggest thing is always first impressions. Walking into the “lobby” is odd. Like you are walking into someone’s family room. Again, they are for sure doing upgrades. They are definitely trying but we booked off the 8 and it’s not there.
