Good hotel and close to Sun Devil Stadium. Food options across the street including Starbucks and In and Out. The Hotel is solid and provides great service at a decent price. Not as nice as some options closer to campus, but you won't be disappointed. The room was very clean and very little noise. Everyone at the desk was friendly.

Nicely remodeled property. Room 402 is very loud as it's the first room facing the freeway. There also was a strange smell that reminded us of a dead rodent in the wall or ceiling. It was reported but nothing was done. We will not stay here again.

The gentleman who assisted me at the front desk was great!! My apologies for forgetting his name but he was friendly, informative and made my check in & out easy. All staff had smiles & courteous. The hotel was walking distance to many dining places and walk to by the river (lake?) in the evenings was nice. Easy drive or Uber to the airport. Rooms were very new and clean. There is plane noise but not bad.
