Newly renovated large family beach holiday house with sea views, easy beach access situated in a quiet location.

Full state of the art professional sprinkler system fitted in 2019 for unparalleled safety in a private holiday rental.

The house has 5 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms of which 3 are en-suite. 2 family living rooms and a large kitchen dining area. The house has 2 outside eating & BBQ areas.

The ground floor has a new zoned underfloor heating system & each floor has also been zoned to allow multiple temperature options.

Penally is a quaint village with 15th century church, village shop, traditional pub, country house restaurant and easy access to beaches and two excellent golf courses (Tenby and Trefloyne).

The large open plan kitchen and dining area is an excellent family space for cooking and eating with spectacular views of the sea from the dining table.

The main sitting room has sea views, free satellite, a PlayStation 3 for Blu-ray movies and there is 50mb fibre broadband throughout the property.

There is a 2nd snug sitting room is ideal for children wanting to watch different TV to the adults. This room is not listed as one of the 5 dedicated bedrooms; however, the sofa is a sofa bed should the capacity be needed. Please inquire before booking if you need this.

The house has 5 bathrooms, with 3 being en-suit to bedrooms. The house has 2 baths of which one is a shower bath. 3 are dedicated shower rooms and all have toilets.
The property has lots of outdoor eating space including a balcony & 2 other outdoor eating area’s for large family groups.

The garden is an excellent play space for children with a patio. New for 2020 the grass has been replaced with high quality artificial turf providing a perfect green play space all year round.

The property has off-street parking for 3 standard cars and lots of free on-street parking directly outside the property.

Penally is situated near Tenby South beach with Tenby town centre reached by train (2 mins), car (5 mins) or a walk along the beach (20 mins). Tenby South Beach at the Penally entrance is a wonderfully quiet beach that even in peak season doesn’t become overcrowded.

We supply everything you need to enjoy your stay including towels, DVDs, books, toys & beach equipment (wind breakers, buckets, balls & coolers).

The property also has standard items such as washing machine, separate dryer, double American style fridge & Nespresso coffee maker.

** COVID-19 Updates / Questions **

We fully comply to the Welsh Tourist Board COVID-19 Guidelines. These new rules change the way houses are booked, cleaned & stayed in by guests.

The main items for you to understand are summarised below.

- All bookings are fully refundable if the Welsh tourist board implements a lock down on vacation homes.

- The house is cleaned by a professional cleaning company that adhere fully to the Welsh tourist board enhanced cleaning rules on holiday homes for COVID-19

- Due to the enhanced cleaning rules and to ensure no contact between cleaners & guests the check in check out times have changed while COVID-19 is still a problem. Check in is now 6pm and check out is 9am. However, the cleaning company will SMS guests if the house is finished sooner than 6pm & the cleaning crews have left.

- Guests must strip their own beds of all linen including mattress protectors and pillow protectors, placing them in cleaning bags (provided). All towels go into the same bags regardless if they have been used. The large cleaning bags will be supplied for every room.

- Welcome packs are still aloud to be given out by properties but some restrictions have been added. Items like loose packs of sugar, coffee, or ketchup etc are no longer permitted. Items like a fresh bread, eggs, milk, or a bottle of wine are aloud.

- Toy’s, books, DVD’s, outdoor beach equipment or any similar items found in houses, which can’t reasonably be individually cleaned between change overs should either not be used, used at guests own risk or wiped down by the guest before use.

- Before checkout place all dishes, pots, pans & cutlery into the dishwasher and set it running for the cleaning crews.

- Please make sure all BBQ equipment is cleaned after use.

Perfect!
We loved everything about the house.The location and views were even better than the photos on the site. So handy for Tenby and the Wales Coastal Path, having the train station so handy was an added bonus. Plenty of space for 5 adults, everyone could have their own bathroom. We’re just trying to find a date when we can visit again!

Great spacious house in a perfect location
We spent a very enjoyable long weekend with our children and grandchildren to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday. The house so spacious and well configured, equipped with everything you could want. The location was quiet, superb views and walking distance to 3 pubs. We also walked through the golf course and along the beach into Tenby - a pleasant walk, took about 45 minutes at a gentle pace. We loved having so many bathrooms and having the bedrooms on separate levels worked well for us. Check out time was a bit early and check on a bit late but it is a large house to get cleaned and ready if there had been previous guests. We would definitely stay again

A fantastic property in a great location
A family gathering of 6 adults (3 generations) and 3 children (aged 3,6 and 8) plus a baby - and there was still plenty of room. Everyone had a fantastic time. The property is lovely, well equipped, clean and in a great location with superb views. Easy access to the beach. Michael the owner was very helpful and easy to contact when needed. I would highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon.

Fantastic home
We couldn’t have hoped for a better stay away during the Easter holidays This was our first time away with our two year old and the cot set up for this was fantastic The older girls loved exploring the lower bedroom areas although we didn’t use this area during our stay we all used the upper floors for sleeping arrangements Nintendo was an added bonus for husband! Ore arranged Tesco delivery on the day of our arrival so no need to shop which made things nice and easy for us Perfect location, close to the beach and other local attractions- folly farm was a big hit with our three children aged 2, 5 and 7 Everything was perfect - would of loved a later check out time than 09.00am this was a rush but with a long drive back it suited us in the end - would definitely look at booking again!

Lovely house with sea veiws
We all loved this property and didnt want to leave. Great for our extended family esp having all the bedrooms ensuite. Great sea veiws and a short walk to the lovely sandy beach. The house had everything we needed and more and the host was amazing, he sent us lots of information about the house and local area prior to our arrival and was easy to contact with any questions we had. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Perfect for a family reunion
We loved the house ~ plenty of room for our 2 families to sleep, gather and cook. And the slide in the garden was enjoyed over and over again by our 18mth granddaughter who was a bit young for the bouncy castle (which we found eventually at the back of the garden shed). The views are fanstastic and we had wonderful weather ~ what's not to like? A word of warning ~ if you want to preorder a food delivery from Tesco in Camarthen make sure you do it well in advance. We visited in mid-June and missed a delivery by 3 weeks! But the village shop has most things and there are plenty of supermarkets in Tenby. All in all we had a great time!

Great location, beautiful coastline
House was as advertised. I think the location is even better than it looks on the listing. Views from kitchen/living area are stunning. Enjoyed out short strolls to beach and not needing to use car if we didnt feel. Michael was responsive and helpful with any queries. Had a great staycation - much needed in these crazy times.

A super property in a great position
This is a lovely modernised house with plenty of room, breathtaking views of the sea and cost and excellent facilities. It is a good location with a short walk to the beach, easy access to Tenby and to the Pembrokeshire coastline. Michael was immensely helpful when we booked and I have no reservations at all in recommending.

We had a great time
We have just come to the end of a lovely week in Pengelly. The house is spacious and well appointed - good quality furnishings and fixtures and the added bonus of a full on sea view. The property is within walking distance of the amazing South Beach and Tenby town itself, albeit with a short but quite steep climb up a hill. There are three pubs within walking distance, all of which serve food. Our preference was for The Cross, happily also the nearest. The village also has a small but surprisingly well stocked shop. The September weather was a bit up and down, but never bad enough to keep us in all day. In any case the house is spacious enough for six adults to still get on. We would be happy to return.

PERFECT 👍,could not have wanted more in a family accomadation.
On arrival after opening the front door,WOW, I claimed my seat by the big window with my binoculars . The house is very well equipped for families,we were four adults and three children. Parking for two cars was easy . Access to south beach was easy then a twenty minute walk into Tenby or walk to the bottom of the road and jump on a bus !! Also the coastal path is very easy to get onto ( guess we all like walking ) The owner ,Michael, was very helpful and approachable. All in all in our opinion a 5⭐️Holiday accomadation Phil and family Liverpool

Good location could do with some updating
The house is in a lovely spot with fabulous views in all weathers. It feels a little like it hasn't been updated in a while and that there could be more attention paid to detail in the general upkeep of the property. For example there were broken floor tiles in the upstairs bathroom and mouldy sealant in both the shower and around the kitchen sink. The floors hadn't been cleaned properly since the last visitors which left you with a bit of a grubby feeling. It's a shame because the space in the house is great light and airy and worked well for us with my toddler and my parents. Just a few extra touches and would be 4/5.

We spent 3 nights at this great house just outside tenby. Previous years we have stayed in tenby itself in a cottage which my family love for its location and general outlay of the house. Staying at this house has changed everyone's mind. It is well located for traveling around the coast, walking or driving plus the train station is a 5 mins walk away. The views from the house are amazing ! We sat on the balcony one evening to look at the stars, we even saw some shooting stars.

Lovely house in a beautiful location - stunning views and comfortable accommodation
We stayed in this property in September 2016 having not visited the area before. Ahead of our stay we got a very informative email from Michael with all the details of how to get there, how to get in, how to use the various appliances and his contact number as well as the changeover company details. The property itself is very nicely done with good size living space and bedrooms tastefully decorated. -The views from the property are stunning and the house is in a good position away from the busy streets of Tenby but an easy train ride in (5 mins to the train station and a 3 min train ride itself!) or a nice 45 minute walk along the coastal path. We had two small children and so the toys and kids room at the property were perfect! Michael was a great host even to the point that he helpfully sorted out the sending back of my dress that I had left at the property. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay to visit Tenby.

Fantastic sea views, lovely location!
Great beaches nearby and we found The locals were very friendly & helpful. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 1 child in the main house. We had a welcome hamper on arrival and champagne was left for us for our anniversary. Our daughter (aged 2.5) loved the toys in the cupboard under the stairs. The sound system in the kitchen was a nice luxury as was the sound system in the lounge, especially when watching a film! Lots of space, kids bedroom was great with lots of books for bedtime! The owner sent very detailed and helpful e-mails with youtube videos on how to use some of the facilities. The shed was well stocked with beach equipment and the fact that beach towels were provided was also a bonus. Thanks for a lovely holiday!

Stunning house with amazing views in a lovely quiet village. Really close to Tenby and other amenities. The views from the house are outstanding and the house itself is fantastic, very well equipped with everything you need. We had a fantastic stay here with our two young children, lots for them to do. Wonderful house with amazing views
Lovely spacious property which is very well equipped. The views from the balcony and picture windows are just stunning. Great location between pretty Tenby and some wonderful beaches - Freshwater East, Broadhaven and Barafundle are our favourites. Easy walk down to the beach at Penally then 30 mins amble along the beach to Tenby. Highly recommend. Folly Farm is a great day out if you have children. 20 mins away, zoo, rides, lots of adventure parks etc. Good day out if weather not good enough for beach.

Very well appointed with a brilliant location having marvellous views
The house was excellent very spacious and roomy with lots of extras including garden furniture and equipment. We had both the house and flat which worked well for a large party. There was everything provided that we needed with clear instructions on how to operate all the appliances. Would definitely recommend this property to friends. We have stayed in Penally before so know the area well.
