Located within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park at Penally Grange, an exclusive development of luxury lodges on the periphery of Tenby, Trevelyn offers high end holiday accommodation in a peaceful village location that is just a short 15 minute walk from Tenby's award winning South Beach. The central location means that the best of Pembrokeshire's diverse beaches and attractions are within easy reach - the seaside village of Saundersfoot is just a 10 minute drive away and the market town of Narberth just a 20 minute drive.

Trevelyn Lodge offers spacious open plan living, with the central living area featuring French doors which open out onto the furnished terrace, leading around to the bubbling hot tub - a perfect space to unwind after a busy day exploring the Pembrokeshire Coast Path!

Lounge/Dining area: Comfortable sofa and dining seating for up to 6 people. Feature gas fireplace. Large flat screen Smart TV with Freeview. French doors leading to the furnished terrace and hot tub with lovely countryside views.

Kitchen: Well-stocked with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, electric hob and oven. There is also a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine (pods not supplied).

En-suite Master Bedroom with ample storage: King-size bed dressed with high quality bedding and sheets. Freeview Smart TV. Large walk-in shower enclosure, toilet and wash hand basin. Heated towel rail and underfloor heating.

Bedroom 2 with ample storage: Twin beds with high quality bedding and sheets. Freeview Smart TV.

Bedroom 3 with ample storage:  King-size bed with high quality bedding and sheets. Smart TV.

Family Bathroom: Deep stand alone bath, enclosed shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Underfloor heating.

Outside there is an enclosed patio area which takes in the countryside views and offers outdoor furniture for up to 6 people.

Trevelyn further benefits from parking for up to two cars and Wi-Fi. Bath and hand towels are provided - please provide your own towels for use with the hot tub.

Tenby
town centre is approx. 20-25 minute walk from the lodge and the quiet village of Penally also offers two award winning restaurants, two cosy and traditional pubs, a bakery and a village shop.

This property is strictly a sleep 6 property - any children or babies must be included in this total and a cot and highchair are provided.

A returnable £150.00 damage and good housekeeping deposit is required when renting this property.
