Super clean and great location. Not a kids friendly place at the moment we stayed, no cribs available. There’s a nice terrace at the roof top but the service was not available either, no food service available at all. It was super hot (April) the fan isn’t enough and unfortunately it was high season so we ended paying close to a 5 stars prize for a very basic lodge.

Excelente estancia y tal como dicen los comentarios anteriores, el señor Antonio te recibe súper amable y eficiente, y tal como dicen los comentarios con los puntos positivos es que es seguro,tranquilo,limpio, estás a 2 calles del bazar en el centro, los baños y regaderas súper modernos, y la cama deliciosa, los puntos malos son menores pero si importantes, no hay agua caliente, pero hace tanto calor que no se siente y no hay aire acondicionado, pero en cambio si hay 2 ventiladores, 1 estático en el techo y otro rotatorio en el piso.

El hotel es muy bueno, las habitaciones son cómodas y está cerca del centro de Tepo; sin embargo había leído comentarios que el agua sale fría y en efecto en dos ocasiones que quise bañarme salió fría, el dueño es amable pero se molestó cuando le pedimos si podíamos tomar una mesa en la terraza, digo que nosotros la limpiáramos, es amable y atento, pero un poco prepotente, la chica de limpieza es un wow de persona amable y humilde, cuidado con la puertas ya que aunque las cierras se abren fácilmente, lo recomiendo para una noche si vas de paseo, pero por los climas me hubiera gustado uno con alberca

El señor Antonio y su husky Pach siempre nos recibieron con un amabilidad en las instalaciones del hotel; el señor Antonio nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones para platillo típicos por probar, lugares para comer y actividades por hacer. La habitación que nos tocó fue muy acogedora, siempre hubo agua caliente (aunque no fue muy necesaria por el clima caluroso de Tepoztlán) y la cama estuvo muy cómoda. El hotel está a un par de calles del zócalo de Tepoztlán a pie, si vas con auto, es mejor dejarlo en resguardo en el hotel y moverse a pie; hay muchas cosas a poca distancia para recorrer. Sin duda volvería a este hotel.
