En general fue una buena experiencia. Es un buen hotel para una estancia corta. Sin embargo, tuvimos una pésima experiencia en el desayuno el segundo día. Dentro del precio se incluye un desayuno americano. El primer día fue excelente. Sin embargo, como el segundo día no decidimos comprar su opción de brunch, la calidad de la comida y el servicio fue demasiado malo. Los chilaquiles se sirvieron fríos, sin sabor y sin condimentos. El personal ofreció agregarlos de manera posterior pero esperaría tener consistencia en su servicio en todo momento.

Todo me pareció bien aunque hubo sus excepciones, la alberca estaba un poco sucia de bichos y hojas, el agua que te ponen en la habitación para beber sabe a agua de la llave, dice desayuno incluido pero no especifican y ese día había bufet y tuvimos que pagar diferencia porque solo incluía desayuno tipo americano.

Tranquilidad en Tepoztlan
En general muy bien, las instalaciones están preciosas, la cama muy cómoda y el bufete de desayuno excelente, lo malo fue que nos quedamos sin internet toda la mañana y lo usamos para trabajar ya que no hay buena señal allá, y espero pronto estén las habitaciones con aire acondicionado porque si nos gustaría regresar, pero hacía calor
