¡Sólo les faltó tener un ventilador o algo para el calor! Y las llaves del cuarto, aunque hay gente pendiente, los cuartos no se quedan cerrados.

No reconocian mi reserva. Habitación distinta.
Reserve 5 días antes de la estadía. Al llegar el personal me comunicó que ellos no tenian ninguna reserva a mi nombre. llamaron al "encargado de reservas" y este insistia que yo no tenía reserva con ellos y me dijo que yo llamara a hoteles.com para resolver. Luego de 20 minutos discutiendo por fin aceptó su error y nos dieron acceso. Pagamos por la habitación cuadruple, la cual tiene 2 camas matrimoniales y al final nos dieron una cabaña de madera calurosa y en la cual hay que hasta agacharse para pasar por la puerta, comedor, etce, ademas de que solo tenia una cama matrimonial y una litera pequeña, de tal manera que lo que debió ser una estadía comoda, se transformó en incomoda y molesta. Ellos dicen que lo que me dieron costaba más y me dijeron casi que fue un "upgrade" lo que es totalmente falso.
