Property was great but the air conditioning didn’t work. They were informed early that day right after checkin. We returned late to be informed that air conditioning was not working. 1am they decided to give us a new room. No compensation only a different room. Horrible

Pool was beautiful and so crystal clean. Service at every bar and restaurant had excellent staff. Check in was a breeze. Just a beautiful room! I appreciated that the names of the rooms advertised and pictures were true to fact. Loved the place and would return.

Old world charm with new world amenities. Service was top notch from check-in to check-out. Shops, site seeing and restaurants are all a short walk away. The roof top bar is cozy with a great view of the plaza. Pools were clean and servers were readily available to bring us drinks.
