It has a lovely 70 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 400 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room with WC
- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private, heated 8m x 4m swimming pool, open from June to October (opening dates non-contractual) and secured by an electric cover and alarm system.
- A lovely 400 m² garden, private and fully enclosed.
- A 50 m² terrace next to the living room, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
