Experiência ruim no atendimento
As instalações do hotel são boas. Café da manhã bom, tem sopa no jantar (paga). Mas o que deixou insatisfeito foi o atendimento. Meu voo tinha previsão para chegar em Teresina na madrugada de terça para quarta. Houve atraso do voo por parte da CIA aérea e meu voo foi remarcado, tive que dormir no aeroporto de Guarulhos para chegar na tarde de quarta feira. Minha surpresa foi quando cheguei a atendimento do hotel a recepcionista informou que tinha dado no-show na minha reserva, sendo que eu já havia pago tudo pelo Hotéis.com. Depois uma minutos ela resolveu. Na quinta, durante meu trabalho, o hotel me envia mensagem dizendo que meu check-out foi finalizado, porém, minha saída seria na sexta. Ou seja, além dos transtornos causados pela Cia aérea, o hotel não teve cuidado com o cliente.

Excelente opção.
Hotel foi ótimo, com um quarto muito amplo e impecavelmente limpo, o que tornou a estadia extremamente confortável e agradável. A localização e o atendimento no local também foram ótimos, e o ambiente geral superou minhas expectativas. No entanto, houve uma pequena decepção em relação ao atendimento do HOTEL pelo aplicativo do Hoteis.com, pois enviei uma mensagem e não obtive resposta. Isso poderia ter facilitado a comunicação prévia e melhorado ainda mais a experiência.
