"We were so fortunate to stay at this beautiful country home overlooking vineyards and farmland below. The home is impeccable, filled with antiques, dressed with lovely linens, and exudes a sense of history, love and care of this charming place. It was a short 10 minute drive to the town of Montepulciano and convenient to the main roads. Communication with the owners and their friend who was available to answer our questions ( in perfect English), was always prompt. The bedrooms are large and comfortable with very nice linens, the bathrooms updated and the cheery kitchen is extremely well stacked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. The only drawback is that there are many steps in the 3-story home (as with all historic places), so it would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues to navigate. My husband said if this property ever was put up for sale, he would buy it! We hope to return again for a longer stay."

"This is a very large apartment in a 500 year old well maintained building. It is in the beautiful historic area. Do be aware that this is a VERY hilly area and you will have to walk up and down steep streets everywhere you go. That includes from the parking area. Cars are restricted from the area around the apartment without a permit. "
