• The master bedroom, located on the main floor, offers a king bed and private bathroom.
• A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is conveniently located nearby.

✨ Upstairs Bedrooms
• Bedroom 1: Two twin beds, perfect for kids or additional guests.
• Bedroom 2: Bunk beds with a twin top and full bottom, offering a fun sleeping arrangement for families.
• These two bedrooms share a full bathroom, located on the second floor.

✨ Basement
• The spacious basement offers a cozy TV area with ample seating for movie nights or family hangouts.
• The laundry room is also conveniently located in the basement.

✨ Outdoor Fun
• Sit back and relax on the front porch swing while enjoying the mountain views.
• Head to the back deck for a serene space to unwind or stargaze at night.

📌 Important Info Before You Book
❗ Age Requirement: Minimum age of 21 to book. A valid driver’s license is required at check-in. Guests who do not meet this requirement will be evicted without refund.
🚭 No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the home. A $200 penalty applies if smoking is detected.
🐾 Pet-Friendly: Pets are considered with a $100 pet fee per pet. All pets must be approved by the office prior to arrival. A fee will be applied for unapproved pets of $500 up to $1000 if excessive cleaning or damage repair is needed.
🧴 What’s Provided? Linens, towels, dishes, and a starter basket (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and sponge) are included. Additional products needed beyond the starter basket must be supplied by the guest.
🌡 Central A/C: Stay cool during the warmer months.
🔥 Main Floor Fireplace: Non-functional.
🚗 Parking: Park at the top drive; if additional parking is needed, guests can use the lower driveway.
