Private Boat Ramp & Free Kayaks! Tropical Home on Canal By Tampa Bay

Perfect for kayaking (we provide 2 w/lifejackets), wave runners, smaller boats and fishing. Private boat ramp for smaller boats (height restrictions - A/C unit sticks out over the boat ramp on the 2nd floor). Comfortable 3 story home on canal with beautiful Old Florida views. We thank you for considering us for your vacation stay! You won't regret it.

Dine on the screened in porch on the 2nd floor with table, chairs and other outdoor seating along with a propane grill overlooking the water and coconut palms. Enjoy looking out to the tropical landscape, Tampa Bay and the Skyway Bridge from the top deck. You might get lucky and see some Manatees floating around by the dock!

Bring the family, there’s plenty of room. The garage is the bottom of the house and there’s 1 bedroom with full size bed with adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower on the second floor. Also, the kitchen, with counter height stools and great place to grab a bite, living room and sitting area on an open floor plan. Follow the spiral staircase up to the 3rd floor where you’ll find the master bedroom with a king size bed and master bath with a walk in shower. Also, you’ll find another bedroom with a full size bed and utility room with a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors to the upper deck outside.

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, there’s a place to launch kayaks and a fish cleaning table on the dock. There’s beaches, restaurants, shopping and attractions within a short drive or just hang out. There is Spectrum high speed internet and TV’s in the living room and master bedroom.

Take a bike (there's 2) and explore the island. There's lots of nature and beautiful scenery.

Family Transition

Beautiful house in an off the beaten path allowed for much needed R&R as our family moves out of the states. Happy our last few days in the USA included staying at the Terra Ceia slice of Heaven. nice stay

very nice and has everything for a good time. we rented the place for the weekend with our jet ski, the house has its own ramp! our jet ski was acting funny so we didn't use it unfortunately... but we used their kayaks and relaxed watching football. many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. 10/10

Perfect getaway

Very nice place, the millers are fantastic hosts. The house was well stocked, with plenty to do. Situated in a very good, quiet area, with lots to do within a short drive. This house is just as described in the listing, we had a wonderful time here. The only recommendation i can give to future guests is to watch the tide if youre bringing your boat. Flats or bay boats shouldnt have a problem, but bigger center consoles can run aground, as we did out in the bay headed towards the main channel. The millers have a map that explains the correct way out, but on low tide, there are portions of the bay that get to half a foot of water or less. This is the perfect spot for back country fishing or just sight seeing manatees and wildlife.

Terra Ceia Gem

Great place to relax with family! The owners were very responsive and check in / out was a breeze. Loved having the kayaks to explore. The house was clean and had everything you needed from soap, snacks, bug spray, plenty of towels and beach towels so didn’t have to bring or buy any extra stuff for the stay. Enjoyed visiting Anna Marie Island and Pass-a-Grille Beach. The local Citrus Place is great for getting home made Key Lime Pie and loved their orange/vanilla and key lime ice cream. Very quiet and friendly community. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely delightful. The home is well maintained and very comfortable from large screened in porch to bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped and washer and dryer clean and new. It felt more like borrowing a friends home than a rental property. I would absolutely rent again. Donna & Bill.

Fisherman's paradise!

Stay here if you plan to fish around the area. Good owners and plenty of extra fishing pole and accessories for you to use. Just make sure to return them when you are done! We left a fishing pole back for the next renters and as a souvenir for the owners.

Sunlit home with sunset views

What a wonderful vacation home in a quiet neighborhood! The area has a relaxing Old Florida feel. The house has an open floorplan filled with natural light and offers great water views. We saw manatees and a dolphin swim by! We enjoyed paddling about in the kayaks. We loved the large screened porch with fabulous sunset views. Even the upstairs shower is spacious and sunlit. The house is well stocked with all the basics, and the hosts provided so many thoughtful extras which made our stay even better. The hosts are fabulous and very responsive to any questions. We hope to return for another visit.

Fantastic vacation home. Owner was quick to respond. House was very clean and great location. My wife caught 12lb catfish off the dock she was so excited. We only stayed 2 nights before taking a cruise ship out of Tampa. Next time we will skip cruise ship and just stay here.

Wonderful Thanksgiving get-a-way!

This is a great home and location for boat owners. Private boat ramp and dock with easy access to Tampa Bay fishing spots. Wonderful sunsets and fantastic kayaking and fishing.
