971C - "Ti Calebasse", an atypical cottage

## Space

The name "Ti Calebasse" comes from the Calebassier, an exotic tree planted right in front of the maisonnette, a reflection of Creole and Guadeloupean charm.
This typical 60 m² cottage, built on 2 levels, comprises a living room with a small 1-seater sofa bed.
The separate, fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the garden, allowing you to cook delicious meals on the terrace.
The 2 bedrooms feature a double bed or two single beds, one with a view of La Soufrière and the other with a view of the village and mountains.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
You can enjoy the outside of the maisonette, with its wooded grounds and large fruit garden of over 1,200 m², including a terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, as well as a 1.20 m-deep swimming pool. The outdoor table can be moved indoors in case of bad weather.
There's also a charcoal barbecue for grilling under the Guadeloupean sun!

You will have full access to the typical cottage and its grounds from 3pm on the day of your arrival.

## Neighborhood

The maisonette is located in a quiet, leafy neighborhood close to all amenities, just a stone's throw from the center of Grande Anse village.
You won't be overlooked, and you'll find the 1st beaches between 200 and 500 m downhill from the house.
The port of Grande Anse, with its pier, is a 5-minute walk from your home.

## Transit

The maisonette is accessible on foot, but to fully enjoy the area and visit the island, we recommend that you have a motorized vehicle.
Small shared vans can pick you up, but it's best to rent an electric bike, scooter, quad bike or car.

We can also prepare breakfasts and dinners for you, subject to availability.
