I must say, when I was asked to open my purse upon entering the casino the 2nd day-I thought the guard was joking! He was quite serious. I was taken back his request, but complied. I understand the reasoning but for a 83+ granny, I have to say I was offended, and it was not the first time we had been in the casino during our stay. The beds are the same as the last visit, when my hubby nearly fell out of bed, when he got to near the edge & it rolled. There were no other extra light blankets available-just a very heavy small width-wise blanket like a weighted one, at the foot of the beds. Uncomfortable, when one wants a cool room but a warm bed.Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

We booked a room knowing we'd only be in town for the evening. We were looking for something to do before attending a friends retirement ceremony in Indianapolis the following morning. To begin with, the parking available on a Thursday evening was fantastic and safe! The grounds were very clean and well cared for. The lobby is spacious and there were 3 front desk clerks available to complete check-in for guests, so no wait time. The only "bad" thing I noticed during check-in was the gentleman who assisted us had long-ish nails, which isn't a problem. I was grossed out by the fact that he had dirt under all of his long-ish nails. We were quickly checked in and were very pleased with the room and accommodations. Surprisingly, we were placed next to a room of folks who were obviously not getting up early the next day, as they partied well into the night. We returned to our room around 11:30PM after a few hours of gambling to listen to the neighbors for a couple of hours. It finally ended with a man and woman screaming obscenities at one another around 1:30-2AM. We both slept well in the comfortable bed, great pillows and linens. My only other item that prevents me from providing 5 stars, was the water pressure. The temperature was fantastic, didn't wait for the HOT water! But, the water pressure was insufficient and disappointing. When shampooing and conditioning long hair, the lack of water pressure prolonged the process.

It's been a long time since we received such excellent customer service. Everyone was so willing to accommodate our needs and make sure our stay was an enjoyable one. The queen room was beautiful and comfortable. You can bet that we will be returning soon for another fun get away.

Everything was good till I got there. Because I booked my room through Hotels dot com, I wasn't able to get any of the perks/benefits of free slots etc because I booked through a 3rd party. Now I know, and I won't book through this site in the future if I reserve a room at a casino. Because I arrived in the early evening there were fewer choices of places to eat. It ended up ok, as I got couple of hot dogs and a milkshake, but I was hungrier for something else. The location is perfect, Close to the interstate and my bed was very comfortable. I'll stay there again, but I just won't go through this site to reserve a room.

Five star hotel and casino

We enjoyed our stay. The room was well thought out and met every need you could think of. Loved the bathroom. The casino was also spotless. My minimal critique would be to improve the menu variety. & quality in the onsite restaurants. Also the A/C in the room was pretty loud. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. We thought the accommodations were outstanding

The bed was extremely comfortable. We slept so good.. The room was quiet and clean. There is a slight disconnect between the hotel and the casino, but it could be growing pains as the hotel is relatively new.
