Elegantly renovated, bright, warm and cosy flat with a swimming pool with hydromassage and several comforts.
It consists of two large rooms. Spacious bathroom with shower.
Exclusive access, American kitchen with fridge-freezer, hob and oven. Spacious garden with winter garden.
The south - west orientation of the house offers magnificent sunsets over the vineyards, the medieval abbey of Badia di Morrona and the hills as far as Pisa and the Apuan Alps.
Consumption and the weekly change of bed and bathroom linen are included in the price.
We are 9 km from the Casciana thermal baths, where balneotherapy, whirlpool baths and beauty farm treatments are possible.
In less than an hour's drive you can reach many cities of art and fascinating medieval villages such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Versilia, Le Cinque Terre, and the beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
You can reach us in 15 minutes by car from the 'Pontedera' exit of the FI-Pi-LI motorway.
In the house there's our house and two flats for our our guests
the flat SOLE and the flat LUNA both with one Doublebed each.
Each flat has an independent entrance and its own private terrace with a view of the garden, the swimming pool and the sunset.

Not private . not as expected .
first of all the good: VIEW was as pictured . over the top amazing ! the apartment itself was cute and cozy and the location good. the hosts very nice people greeted us warmly . HOWEVER we felt the description was misleading at best. the owners need to be more clear about this place and say it is NOT private instead of saying it is. The pool is shared with another apartment and the owners so at least 4 and at times many more.. and we were surprised given the multiple times the listing said "private" given the small space we were all on top of each other . Even the little sunroom was used at times by the owners. they had a big dinner party one night, they used the pool all day and although they have a right to do that we felt the description didn't say that so we felt misled the apartment has NO AIR CONDITIONING and no screens on windows so with temperatures reaching 95 we were hot had to open windows no cross breeze and bugs everywhere . we ended up leaving early and going to florence . it was impossible to stay inside and as i mentioned before because everyone was on top of each other not comfortable to be outside or even have a private momentso you can't stay inside and you can't go outside . finally the WIFI only worked outside or intermittently in the living room. never reached the bedroom and they didn't seem bothered about it when i told them ... they told me to connect at the loggia . the price is good the view is amazing but we would never rent here again.

Tuscany at its best
Maurizio and Stefania are terrific hosts. Very kind, welcoming and helpful. The apartment is superb and the pool outstanding. They gave us some great tips for local sightseeing trips that were not the usual ones which made for a very special time. We would definitely go back and thoroughly recommend it to others. The weather was off the charts!

Amazing views and great Tuscan Dinner
Great hosts and beautiful place with amazing views. Stefania and Maurizio were very helpful recommending places to go and places to eat, they have lots of information and maps, etc. Sole apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. The place is so peaceful. My favourite part was the Tuscan dinner...great cooks and they make you feel at home! Also, if you like wild boar, I would recommend to go the restaurant they know. Thanks!

A wonderful stay with a brilliant view
A charming apartment in town but from your terrace you will think you are in the beautiful Tuscan Hills. Our charming hosts made us very welcome and shared their delightful home. The location is very central for trips to Lucca, Pisa and more. They recommended we also went to Volterra which was a fabulous adventure. Thank you very much to Francesca and Maurizio for a wonderful typical Tryscan evening meal as well. This is a charming home you will also enjoy.

Un angolo di paradiso
Siamo arrivati in questo angolo di paradiso per festeggiare il compleanno di un nostro amico e ci siamo sorprendentemente trovati in un posto a dir poco meraviglioso, immerso in un angolo di vera Toscana. L'appartamento è elegante e molto pulito con una cucina perfettamente attrezzata. Stefania e Maurizio sono sempre stati disponibili e ci hanno dato buoni consigli per le degustazioni di vini nei dintorni. Nonostante il poco tempo e la stagione invernale abbiamo avuto il piacere di godere di un tramonto dai colori indimenticabili sulla piscina, sul giardino di inverno e sulle colline di Pisa. Da consigliare assolutamente !!!

Soggiorno INCANTEVOLE!!!
Casa Sole è il posto giusto per una fuga romantica in Toscana !!! Un appartamento arredato con molto gusto. Un giardino privato, un loggiato coperto e una vista fantastica. La bellissima piscina è su un panorama mozzafiato. Ci è dispiaciuto non aver prenotato qui molto più a lungo, ma solo per una notte. Stefania e Maurizio sono padroni di casa estremamente discreti ed accoglienti: bravi ad ascoltare e veloci nel fornire ogni supporto. Casa Sole è un buon punto di partenza per visitare molti luoghi splendidi di questa parte della Toscana: massimo 1 ora di auto. In breve: un posto elegante dove tornare e da consigliare assolutamente !!!!

Traumhafter Urlaub in Morrona
Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit einer typisch toskanischen Brotzeit mit Bruschetta, Oliven, Käse, Schinken , Brot und Wein empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet und es war alles da, was man brauchte. Maurizio spricht sehr gut Deutsch und hat uns viele Tipps zu Ausflügen und Essensmöglichkeiten gegeben. Die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge konnten wir fast täglich auf unserer Terasse genießen und auch der Ausblick auf die toskanische Landschaft hat uns sehr gefallen. Highlight war aber die Einladung bei unseren Gastgebern zu einem toskanischen Abend, bei dem wir mit wunderbaren und leckeren Gerichten verwöhnt wurden. Grazie mille für die schönen Urlaubstage!!😆

Unser kleines Paradies
Die Wohnung ist wundervoll mediterran eingerichtet, überall liebevolle Kleinigkeiten zum Wohlfühlen. Von der Terasse ein weiter Blick auf die Hügel der Toskana. Ein kleiner Garten mit Liegen , wo man sich einfach entspannen kann. Überall Ruhe und Frieden, genau das braucht man im Urlaub. Man sollte aber unbedingt ein Auto haben. Danke Stefanie und Mauritio bis hoffentlich bald wieder.

Sehr schöne und stilvolle Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse wirklich wunderschön. Die FeWo entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter ist absolut problemlos.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung in Morrona sehr wohl gefühlt und uns gut erholt.
Die Ferienwohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die überdachte Terrasse mit ihrem einzigartigen Ausblick war atemberaubend schön. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen und konnten von Morrona aus viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in ca 1- 11/2Stunde erreichen. Die Vermieter Stefania und Mauritzius haben uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und standen uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Das sie gerne für ihre Gäste kochen zeigt die Leidenschaft und die Hezrlichkeit mit der sie dabei sind. Das war auf jeden Fall ein Erlebnis und das hätten wir nicht missen mögen. überragend gemütlich und schön!
Wir waren im Oktober ’18 eine Woche Gäste von Stefania und Maurizio und haben uns sauwohl gefühlt. Zur Begrüßung servierte uns der jederzeit sehr aufmerksame und unaufdringliche Gastgeber eine kleine, kalte Abendmahlzeit mit Käse, Schinken und Wein. Die Wohnung ist urgemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ins Tal ist überwältigend toskanisch. Wir werden sicher wieder hierher zurückkommen. Traumurlaub im Herbst
Ein dickes Dankeschön an die Gastgeber Stephania und Mauricio! Sie verstehen es, eine Ferienwohnung individuell und urgemütlich einzurichten. Sie vermitteln, dass sie sich auf die Gäste wirklich freuen und tun ganz viel dafür, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Das Abendessen bei ihnen war eins der Highlights. Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung so, dass man ganz viele TOP TENS der Toscana in einer guten Autostunde erreichen kann. Der Herbst ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Das Klima mild, nicht mehr so viele Touristen, man kann auch wandern (Monte Pisane) und sogar noch im Meer baden! Auf jeden Fall für alle zu empfehlen, die auf technischen Schnickschnack wie Fernseher und Spülmaschine verzichten können und stattdessen einfach nur genießen möchten. Wir kommen wieder!

Super Aussicht und viel Service, fast wie in einem Hotel
Unser Aufenthalt gestaltete sich sehr schön. Gleich beim Ankommen gab es einen Wein vom Gastgeber ebenso wie Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet,leider mussten wir uns die Terrasse mit anderen Urlaubern teilen. Da es ebenfalls Deutsche waren, ging so etwas Privatsphäre verloren. Den Gastgeber haben wir als sehr bemüht wahrgenommen. Was wir nicht so positiv fanden, dass wir ihn 5 von 6 Urlaubstagen gesehen haben. Aber wie schon erwähnt hatte es so eher Hotelcharakter. Toller Aufenthalt, gerne wieder
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist in guter Lage - man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Auf unserer Terrasse erlebten wir jeden Abend einen tollen Sonnenuntergang bei fantastischem Ausblick. Maurizio und Stefania sind super nett und haben sich gut um uns gekümmert. Sehr zu empfehlen !
Die Lage des Hauses der Familie Boni ist großartig, von morgens an der Blick in die Weite der toskanische Landschaft! Das Quartier selbst ist geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen. Die Gastgeber (deutschsprachig) sind sehr freundlich,offen und auskunftbereit bei Fragen des täglichen Lebens ( Einkäufe, Ausflüge usw.) Un angolo di toscana vera
Siamo stati qui nel mese di luglio , la location e' PIACEVOLMENTE ARREDATA e ha una vista mozzafiato , le persone che la gestiscono sono davvero carine e disponibili , ottimo posto dove stare per visitare la toscana vera , quella di una volta We were here in July, the location is' PLEASANTLY FURNISHED and has a breathtaking view, the people who run it are really cute and helpful, great place to stay to visit the real Tuscany contry side .

Lugnt trevligt boende med härligt utsikt.
Ett perfekt boende för dom som vill ha det lite lugnare. Morrona ligger på en kulle med fint utsikt över det toscanska landskapet. Det är gångavstånd till en liten lanthandel där man kan köpa sig färsk bröd till frukost varje dag. Boendet är fräscht meden härlig uteplats där man kan njuta. Köket har det mesta om man tycker om att laga mat själv. Ett boende vi rekommenderar varmt! Hyresvärden är trevlig och ger gärna tips till utflykter och annat.

Toskana pur
Wir haben uns bei Stefania und Maurizio sehr wohl gefühlt. Beide sind sehr nett und sehr bemüht, den Urlaub zu etwas Besonderem zu machen. Es gibt viele Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurants, dass toskanische 9-Gänge Menü direkt bei Stefania und Maurizio sollte man auf keinen Fall verpassen, einfach nur lecker! Die Wohnung ist typisch toskanisch eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Von der Terrasse aus kann man wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Super Wohnung, Traumaussicht und tolle Vermieter
Unser Aufenthalt in Morrona war einfach nur toll. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Abends konnten wir auf der schönen Terrasse die Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Trotz unserer späten Ankunft hatten Maurizio und Stefania einen Snack und Wein bereit gestellt. Das angebotene toskanische Essen war sehr, sehr lecker. Danke an die tolle Köchin.

Wunderschön!!!!
Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Morrona! Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, die Sehenswürdigkeiten zahlreich und die Gastfreundschaft unserer Vermieter Maurizio und Stefania herausragend!!! Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll, sauber und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail dank Stefania eingerichtet. Man hat einen phantastischen Blick von der Terrasse in die schöne Umgebung und kann dort die Ruhe und die Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Maurizio spricht hervorragend deutsch und verriet uns eine Vielzahl von tollen Ausflugszielen und Restaurants, die in keinem Reiseführer stehen. Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei Euch! Tolle Gegend, gemütliche Wohnung, sehr nette Gastgeber.
Wir waren zu viert in der Ferienwohnung: bequeme Ausziehcoach in der Küche + süßes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Stefania und Maurizio sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die unmittelbare Gegend ist landschaftlich sehr schön, Terricciola lohnt einen Spaziergang + zum Essen gehen. Da braucht man die umliegenden, touristisch total überlaufenden Städte wie Pisa, Siena und Florenz kaum noch für einen entspanneten Urlaub. Empfehlenswert!

Der ganze Charme der Toskana
Unser einwöchiger Aufenthalt in Morrona war wunderbar. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse der Ferienwohnung war das beste an unserem Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr charmant eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und groß. Morrona ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Toskana (Pisa, Florenz, Siena...). Unsere Gastgeber Stefania und Maurizio sind toll. Sie sind herzlich und geben tolle Tipps. Man merkt einfach, dass die beiden Freude daran haben, Gäste in ihren Ferienwohnungen zu empfangen. Zudem beherbergen sie das beste und gleichzeitig kleinste Restaurant in der toskana, also schlagt bloß nicht die Einladung zum toskanischen Abendessen aus ;) Wir können diese Ferienwohnung in jeder Hinsicht weiterempfehlen und würden immer wiederkommen. So gut, wie es aussieht und besser!
Wir haben eine Woche im Herbst in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Trotz später Ankunft wurden wir mit einem kleinen Snack willkommen geheißen. Stefania und Mauricio waren sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Das Angebot sich mit italienischen Köstlichkeiten bewirten zu lassen, sollte sich niemand entgehen lassen. Die Ausflugstipps waren sehr wertvoll und haben uns schöne Orte entdecken lassen. Das Angebot regionaler Weine (in der Ferienwohnung) haben wir gerne wahrgenommen. Morrona ist ein zauberhafter kleiner Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung gerne weiter und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Heike und Thomas
