Reasonably priced basic accommodation within walking distance of the Venice Marco Polo Airport. Bed could have been more comfortable. Clean room, friendly staff. Pleasant garden on-site. Some restaurants nearby.

The outside entrance is unassuming, and you are instructed to push the call button ring and wait outside at the door entrance. There was no answer from the call box for sometime, and it sounded like the call was dropped, and no buzz of door to indicate that it was being opened, until the attendant opened the door after close to 2 minutes. Not an issue if traveling alone, but having suitcases and several members traveling together, and waiting for any response of the call box left everyone uneasy outside and wondering if the call box was functioning or not. I am certain that the attendant was busy on the phone or something, but not having any verbal response on the intercom left us unsettled outside. Once we got in and got the access code to the property, everything was fantastic. They do a great job communicating prior to arrival and I received a call but was unable to answer, and so they sent a What’s App text. I was able to coordinate arrival time. The property is clean, safe, had large sized room to accommodate family, well maintained, and close to the airport. The attendant was very helpful in providing instructions about travel options to Venice and also reserved a taxi for airport transfer for us. Overall a nice, secure facility that was perfect for us.

The room was adorable and there were a few very cute nearby cafes and restaurants. There were a few things that posed minor annoyances, however; there was no handsoap in the bathroom, working out a self-check-in over the phone included several technological issues, the AC rattled nearby wall hangings and had to be turned off to sleep, and there was no continental breakfast despite the booking stating otherwise.

Perfect location close to airport. We took the bus from the island and the bus stop is right across from the property. From there it’s 1 mile to the airport. We couldn’t get a taxi at 4 AM, but it was an easy walk! The unit was great, except the beds are a bit on the uncomfortable side, with minimal linens.

Excellent place to stay!
Stayed there for our last night in Italy. Needed a place close to the airport for a family of five. The room was huge with great sleeping accommodations. The room and property were immaculate. Self check in was super easy. Great place to stay!!!

Ideal for an overnight stay if need access to airport. Very clean, comfortable, modern, spacious. Would have preferred a small fridge in the room. We were pleasantly surprised by the fact that a single bus can get you to/from the old town in 15 minutes.

The room was beautiful and immaculate, the hosts were incredibly hospitable, responsive and helpful. Perfect experience! Proximity to the train station was also highly convenient and only a short walk away.

We arrived early and after a short wait we were aloud to check in. Grounds were absolutely lovely has an elevator so no more carrying suitcases up stairs. Everything was so clean!!! This is a big plus for me. The only reason I didn't give a five star was the bed was very uncomfortable which made for bad night sleep.....really needs investment there. Very easy walk from airport......local bus tickets are 2 euro buy for tourists it's 10 euro and you still have a small walk. Taxi was a 25 euro. My suggestion is to pull it up on Google map and walk. There is a very small section that doesn't have sidewalks but we found it not to be a problem and we are both seniors. I would definitely stay here again with improved mattress.

A friend and I stayed here on a Saturday night before a 6 am flight from the nearby Venice airport. This is a lovely little property - our clean, comfortable rooms were on the 2nd floor (3rd floor in American terms) and there was a tiny elevator to get us there. Everything is digital - the multiple locked entry doors (to street, to lobby, to a corridor limited to just a few of the rooms and to the room itself) - so don't lose that access code! Local dining options are limited - we liked our dinner at the nearby restaurant recommended at check in but could not help noticing that there were no locals dining there on a Saturday night. We got up at 4 in the morning and walked to the airport to catch our flight - 15 to 20 minutes. The walk was easy enough with adequate street lighting, but there are sections where you will be walking on the road edge or gravel surface because there is no paved walkway. This was not an issue in the early am, but could be later in the day when traffic is heavier and you keep on the gravel edge to be safe. Be sure to check Google maps so you don't overshoot the turn off that lets cars and walkers get into the airport roadways and the terminal. We kept straight at the roundabout because the sidewalk went that way and couldn't find any break in the fencing of the parking lots and wound up walking back to the turn off.

Very quiet, clean. Close to coffee shop,pharmacy, and nice restaurant. Also easy to access bus to downtown Venice. Only one drawback. We could have used a nicer mirror in one of the rooms. It was speckled and lighting could have been brighter.
