Modern villa boasts Smart TV, Netflix & Prime, DVD, Free WiFi, Sonos speakers. Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and living area, Bedrooms also have ceiling fans. Facilities Include: Kitchen/Dining Room & lounge, outside eating area with BBQ, 3 Bedrooms with balconies, 2 bathrooms. A sheltered courtyard and large pool deck. We also include all linen and beach towels. The cost quoted is the total price - there are no hidden extras like many other villa rentals.

Moraira is a small, upmarket Spanish coastal town, part of Teulada (also known as Teulada-Moraira) municipality, in the Marina Alta Zone. Located almost exactly half way between the large cities of Alicante to the South and Valencia to the North. It is a tourist resort on theCosta Blancastrip, with 8 km of coastline backed by mountains and vineyards. Voted as one of the healthiest places to live due to its unique microclimate and all year sunshine, it has been the choice for international clients and local families for many years. It is rare to find such an unspoiled area of coastline only one hour drive from two international airports. Once here, the town has an abundance of golden beaches, all year sunshine, abundance of dining and recreational activities all within a short walk of the iconic Castle Fort of the town.
The permanent population of Moraira in the northern Costa Blanca, Spain is only around 14,000 as at 2013, although this rises some threefold to 45,000 in summer months. There is a high proportion of retired Ex Pats living here permanently and the majority of visitors to Moraira are Spanish, English, German, Dutch, and French. Now seeing a new demand in the area for family holiday homes and newly retired couples looking for a piece of paradise, while still being close to their home country. Younger families are also now making Moraira their home, brining new opportunities and energy to the tranquil town.
Moraira holds its historic roots as a fishing village, which is still evident; its fish market is one of the most popular in the Costa Blanca region and the port has five fishing boats
in operation.
The Moraira region is also famous for the growing of Muscatelgrapes for wine-making.
However, in the 21st century the economyof Moraira is now built around tourism and Spanish property sales that have transformed the coastline over the past 30 years. Strict planning regulations have prevented over development and high-rise buildings, making it a highly desirable destination. Little remains of the fishing cottages
that once made up the little port that serviced the town of Teulada that standsat the head of the valley. To preserve the heritage of the area, the Teulada council passed laws protecting the abundant pine trees and limited the height of buildings. It has a privately ownedmarina built in 1985, operated by Club Náutico Moraira. Moraira is also seen as a culinary destination, with many restaurants. Moraira has three sandy beaches popular with families, and many rocky coves and inlets frequented by snorkelers and scuba divers.
It is rare in modern day life to come across such a place as this. Unlike the neighbouring towns of Javea, Calpe or Denia, Moraria has remained a niche and desired destination for the international clientele who visit. Property prices have remained stable during the recession due to the demand to this global audience.

Great Villa
This villa has everything you would ever need and it was hard to leave ! The villla is decorated to a high spec and has everything you need. The pool area is so clean and is like a 5 star hotel but without the crowds. I would definitely like to visit again. Our children loved it and there was enough Netflix and Amazon as well as most of day in the pool. There is so much attention to detail. We had a wonderful week. The shops and town are nearby making it an ideal location if you have a car. Hosts are great and answer any questions you may have.

Beautiful modern villa
Exactly as described! We had a lovely week in the villa with our teenage girls. They enjoyed being on one side of the house sharing a bathroom; whilst we had the whole other side. The master suite was huge and we enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony every morning. Beds are super comfy (a problem we have encountered in past villas) We made use of the Sonos which was a great bonus to the house. The kitchen was the most equipped that we have experienced in our 9 years of coming to Moraira - literally had everything and extra! Lounge was very large and comfortable. Pool was perfect-we left our huge flamingo floaty for the next guests. We enjoyed use of the beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as the other floaties. We even mastered the steep incline on the driveway-just require a well executed and incredibly accurate run up. Thanks to Glenn who was excellent at communicating with us.

Great Villa
Everything from beginning to end was great with this villa. Getting the keys before we travelled meant arriving and leaving the property was so easy. Communication with the owner was really quick and they were very helpful. The villa is very well equipped and, unlike many places we have stayed before, cooking was really straightforward as everything you need is there. Moraira is a lovely place too.

Fantastic Villa
We had an excellent stay at this wonderful villa. We’ve been visiting Moraira for over 10 years as a family of 4 and there was no disappointment with this accommodation. It’s the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in and the hosts could not of done anymore. I spoke with Glenn on numerous occasions and he was absolutely excellent. We will most definitely be hiring this stunning villa again.

Exceptional villa where everything is catered for
A wonderful ten night stay at this exceptional villa in a quiet neighbourhood with stunning views and only a short drive to Moraira and all it has to offer. The villa is fully equipped and our two teenage daughters adored the pool (complete with inflatables), snorkels for the trips to El Portet and the Sonos system. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Villa to Relax and Explore Costa Blanca
We stayed at this wonderful villa for one week and wished we had booked it for a month! The house is on the hillside overlooking a small valley with a view of the homes on the other hillside and mountains beyond them. Although there are other homes around the villa you are surrounded by forest-like setting in the back and to the right of the house so it feels very private. The house is modern and clean with all the special amenities you can think of in a vacation home (e.g., vanilla scented diffusers, special hidden clothing line to dry your laundry in the back patio, beach towels, pool floats, and more). The kitchen has everything you need to cook should you wish and there are many great restaurants in the town center to try as well. You can tell that the hosts really take great care to make this a perfect home for them and their guests and we felt at home just being there for a week. The hosts were super responsive whenever we contacted them and we really felt like we were being pampered staying there. Only downside is you never want to leave the villa since it’s so nice to just hang out by the pool and relax there every day. There are many very nice towns on the Costa Blanca and we drove to many of them but we always loved coming back to this villa in Moraira/Teulada. First of all, no tall apartment buildings in the whole town which can be an eyesore. Second, you are not overrun with vacationers/tourists here because it’s not a large town. We were surprised by the number of great restaurants and things to do in town and in the surrounding area. We even did a day trip to Valencia in case you want to experience a city while you are here. We would recommend this home to any visitors to the Costa Blanca. Thank you Glenn and Mark for sharing your wonderful home with us.

High quality villa holiday
Our family of 4 enjoyed a great stay at this villa. The communications with the owner were first class. The villa is bright, modern and fully equipped with all that any holiday maker could ask for. The outside areas are particularly outstanding with numerous areas in which to sit and relax. The owners have clearly spent a small fortune on outside furniture! The pool was great and the views from pool deck quite lovely. The villa is a little too far from Moraira town to walk to and from, particularly in the heat of peak summer but taxis are easy to obtain and cost just 7 or 8 Euros each way. Our only complaint was aimed at the Spanish mosquitoes, hardly the owner's fault! In short, we can heartily recommend this villa.

Really fabulous 2 weeks
Was here with my dad and uncle. They were blown away by the house and the tranquility of the area. Uncle played golf on Sunday and was really welcomed by the locals. Took them to Ca Pepe, Kosta and the Food bar Republic for dinner and they haven't stopped talking about them either. The villa has all new too quality outside furniture and the new Sonos throughout is great.

Stunning - Amazing Villa with spectacular views
This is the second time that we have stayed at this villa. The new outdoor seating area is a great place to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sun set across the hills. The owner Glenn makes booking easy and is always at available to answer questions. We also took his advise on some local restaurants and had some excellent meals. We have already booked for 2018 and cant wait to return. This has to be one of the nicest villas in the area.
