To access the swimming pool you have to go down a flight of stairs where you will find the 10/4 swimming pool with stairs to access inside, a sunbathing area and an outside shower. In front of the pool there is a covered terrace with an outdoor table and a toilet.
It is located 2 km from the golf course "Club de Golf Ifach", 2 km from the rocky beach "Cala l'Andragó Moraira", 3 km from the sandy beach "Platjetes de Moraira", 3 km from the town "Moraira", 3 km from the supermarket "Pepe la Sal" and is located in an ideal area for families and within an urbanization.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit super großen Pool
Sehr sauber, 2 von den 3 Schlafzimmer mit Klima. Nur oberer Wohnbereich der Unterkunft nurzbar. Beim Pool ist Dusche und Toilette. Pool ist schön und groß Küche ist funktionell und alle Geräte vorhandenen. Grundausstattung zum Kochen ((bspw. Salz) nicht. Reaktionszeiten/Kommunikation von/mit Verwaltung sehr schnell und klar. Schlüssel miss beinder Verwaltung geholt und gebracht werden (ca. 10 Min mit Auto). Vielen Dank, schöner, angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Fijne woning
Schoon en compleet . Buitenverlichting achterzijde kan wel beter echt donker en onveilig gevoel. Hoge muren en veel prive geen inkijk. Twee weken verbleven en een stofzuiger in huis zou basis moeten zijn als men weet dat je een hondje bij hebt. Met het vegertje doe je dat twee keer en ben je er klaar mee. Hou het graag schoon als ik 2 weken ergens verblijf maar een fatsoenlijke mop en stofzuiger was niet aanwezig. slaapkamers gedateerd maar oke. Perfect zwembad en de tuin er omheen. Echter moet men wel naar boven voor de toilet omdat die bij het zwembad afgesloten was. Dit aan het verhuurbedrijf doorgegeven toen ze kwamen voor problemen met het gas(die snel opgelost zijn). Maar geen reactie meer op gehad beetje jammer als ik het zeggen mag. De fontein op de foto,s werkte niet ook jammer en kunnen dus uit de foto,s gehaald worden. Onderhoud op sommige plekken in het huis zouden nodig zijn om de boel compleet te houden er lagen bv in de veranda losse tegels op de vloer. Maar al met al kraakhelder bij aankomst prachtig uitzicht en goede verhuurder. Dus een reden om volgend jaar weer te kiezen voor Guzman villa's
