New and modern luxury villa with private pool in Moraira, on the Costa Blanca for 6 persons with beautiful views into the valley of Moraira.


 


The property (1000 square metres) has been completely renovated and refurbished inside and out from September 2021 to May 2022. The villa is located on the hill La Sabatera in a quiet residential area just 2 km from the beach and the town of Moraira.


 


The villa with 280 square meters offers with a total of 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, all located on the upper level, for 6 people spacious for plenty of relaxation.


 


Upper level: Three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, two rooms with 90x200x2 beds, one room with 160x200 bed. The hallway has exits to the rear parking spaces and to the front to a 40 sqm sun terrace with lounge furniture.

Main level: From the main entrance, which faces the terrace, you enter directly into the heart of the villa. For from here you can go directly to the open kitchen and dining room on the right. Directly next to the open staircase to the upper floor is the WC with access to the utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. To the left through the hallway is the spacious living room of approx. 60 sqm.


 


The kitchen and dining area with long wooden table for up to 8 people invites you to long evenings. The kitchen has a 3m long cooking island, which invites you to spend sociable evenings cooking together. Fully equipped kitchen with:



- Double induction hob with centrally integrated extractor fan

- Large fridge-freezer

- Wine refrigerator with 2-zone cooling

- High quality microwave and oven

- Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster

- Dishwasher with 3 drawers, one for cutlery



 


The living area with plenty of natural light is divided into three areas. The lounge area with an oversized sofa invites you to chill out. An open fireplace area an office area with a small work desk.

On this level is also the terrace, which runs around half the house on the sunny side and houses the kidney-shaped pool (8x4m).


 


The outdoor area offers a lot of privacy. Sun loungers can be used for sunbathing on the terrace and on various levels of the garden areas. The sun's rays can also be enjoyed with a hammock among the palm trees.


 


Under the veranda, a large massive wooden table and a BBQ grill are there for you to enjoy.


 


The convenience and proximity to the beach, shopping, sports activities and places to go out make this an excellent villa to spend your holidays with family and friends.

Great family holdiay
This Villa is in great shape having been refurbed in a modern style with retro 70s decor. Location is great everything within walking distance. Beach and Moria centre are about 20 minutes walk. Malte the host was great helpibn us put a couple of time! Would visit again

I honestly can not praise Villa Leonika enough, from the beautiful decor to the beautiful grounds it really is an incredible place to stay. The family have really considered the space and everything that you’ll need for the perfect holiday. We would definitely return to the villa. The management company looking after the villa is also excellent, great communication and fantastic service. 100% recommend
