We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Regency Park Hotel, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for our entire visit. Daminda and Nissanka truly made our stay exceptional. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction. Whether it was offering helpful recommendations for local attractions or ensuring that our room was always comfortable, they went above and beyond to make us feel valued. The hotel itself boasts excellent amenities, including a beautiful pool area and a well-equipped fitness center. The dining options were fantastic, with a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection to start our days. The atmosphere at Regency Park is both relaxing and vibrant, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location is convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions while providing a peaceful environment to unwind. Stayed one night on way home. Friendly efficient check in, to a newly refurbished room on the ground floor. Booking included a 3 course evening meal and breakfast. Bar staff (James) very friendly and efficient as he also was at the breakfast reception. Emma really good at serving us and sorting out allergy problems with the chef for the evenng meal. All food was well prepared and delicious.

Lift was out of order, no mention of this at check-in, only discovered when we wanted to use it, so we had to use the stairs.Wouldn't normally have been an issue but I'm suffering with a bad back at the moment, so we had to lug our bags up to the second floor.

Great hotel. Last min night away booked to celebrate our engagement. Im tall (6'3") yet i was put in a room with a well signed low beam across the middle. Hotel wasnt full though. I also alerted the hotel to the reason for the yet nothing was said at all?? Attention to detail is important

Lift was broken unfortunately. And has we had a 85 yr old with us with health issues the stairs to second floor were a problem for her The breakfast was nice however the plate warmers and food didn’t seem to keep the scrambled eggs and hash browns etc were mildly warm instead of Hot.the staff were friendly though. Overall it was pleasant the beds comfortable..

Business trip away for a couple of nights. I had to wait a little while to check-in but when I did it was fine. I asked for a room with a fridge and this was right which I really appreciated. The room its self was really spacious and clean, but very tired. It was also SO hot I had to have the fan on ALL the time, which wasn’t ideal. And the window to the room wouldn’t open which wasn’t ideal. The spa area was nice but really busy. Gym was good too! On check out - I handed my key in & that was it - no how was your stay or anything from the staff which was disappointing
