"Cabin was very clean and in a great location. Lots of clear instructions and smooth check in process. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was a little outdated and small but we were able to make do, and to be fair the pictures in the listing were accurate. Would stay again!"

The overall vibe was relaxed and fun- we loved the cozy kitchen space for cooking meals together, the stunning outdoor areas for hiking and enjoying beverages by the fire, and indoor minimalist design (that prioritized rest and relaxation). The highlights were the interactive hike right on the property (hello gnomes!) and exploring the local attractions- Kentuck Knob and Fallingwater. Waking up surrounded by trees and nature was just what this group of moms needed and we can't wait to plan our next group trip back here to create even more memories to last a lifetime!"

"We had a lovely Thanksgiving at the Hobbit House! Nina was very helpful ahead of our visit and even sent me photos of the pots and pans to make sure we had what we needed to cook everything. The kids loved the trails and the hunt for the rings. They have put thought into all the little things such as labeling light switches, a QR code by the fire pit to assist with building a fire and labeling hot tub buttons so you don't accidentally press the wrong one. As a guest I always appreciate when the host helps you be successful in their home. "
