System was down when we arrived. There asked to make a copy of my id and cc. I would not allow it. There was a large unruly group and the staff didn't attempt to ask them to be respectful

I liked the hotel being close to the airport, as well as its cleanliness and the free breakfast. I dont like that the $27 parking fee was not discussed in the price description of the hotel and i found out afterward.

Very clean. Great location near airport and metro station. Good breakfast. Comfy beds. Good working ac Good working fridge. Locks were being worked on during our visit and we had to get help from front desk every single time we needed in our room. This was a headache. Assuming that the locks are resolved- it was otherwise a great stay.

Our stay was not good this time. We requested some things from front desk and none of if ever came to our room. We were assigned a room and someone else was also assigned to the same room which they came in while we were in the middle of dinner which was unpleasant. Our room card keys were deactivated and could not get access to our room and it was frustrating to keep going back down to the front desk to get what we needed or fixed. Was very unhappy with this stay experience

The hotel looks fairly new and pretty well maintained, the staff was nice.They charge $27 a night for parking, seems like a scam since you really can’t park anywhere else. The parking lot and parking spaces are really small, they also allow large vehicles to take up multiple spaces. Did not see any security patrol in the parking either.
