The valet was excellent. Staff very pleasant. The rooms were clean. Tall ceilings made space feel very large. Great coffee and drinks available at all times. Would definitely recommend.

My wife & I were extremely pleased with this hotel. From the air purifier in the room, to the coffee bar, filtered cold water, the friendly staff, even the socks to use around the room, there was so much to love about this hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved this hotel so much! Location is just perfect; walking distance to riverwalk, millennial park and so many other places. The room is so cozy, comfortable and modern. The nook overlooking the river was just an absolute delight! Will stay here again for sure!

My family of 4 can’t say enough about our stay this weekend at L7. We stayed here primarily because it was pet friendly- with no fee! We were thrilled with the unique touches throughout the hotel. The room was spacious, with a window seat looking out into the city. The crave station with popcorn and customizable hot drinks was delicious. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect too. We walked to everything we needed, with a L station only about 5 mins away. We’ve never stayed at a L7 before this one in Chicago but, we left saying it’s the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at- and we are freq travelers.

Gave us a wrong room. We booked the one with a window(river view) but the room window we got is one facing another building. Room carpet smells too. We can also hear guest from other rooms or people walking by our room....JUst unhappy stay at this hotel :-(
