Great location for Christkindl Market. Friendly staff and we love all of the various areas to relax in the lobby area. 312 is a very nice restaurant accessible from the hotel too. Great experience!

Beautiful lobby on the second floor. We really enjoyed the different sitting spaces after our theater show. The staff at the bar, front desk, and room service were professional and wonderful.

This hotel was perfect. Exactly what we needed. We were able to check in early which isn’t always the case, but it was very nice to be able to get a room when we arrived. We were close to all the main areas we were there to visit. All workers were nice, courteous, and helpful. Will stay here again!

Wonderful stay
Mother-daughter weekend for holiday cheer. The hotel was lovely. The man checking us in noted we had 3 in our party and immediately upgraded our room for more space. Very impressed. We loved spending time in the lobby, appreciated the morning coffee and afternoon tea (missed out on the scones—apparently they go fast!) and all staff were very very professional and gracious. The bellman on duty today, 12/6, I would give 10 stars if possible. We’ll definitely return

Always have a wonderful time staying here, $10 daily snack credit is nice. Unlike other hotels in the area the rooms are quiet and I sleep well! Staff are always friendly, but this time the receptionist went well out of her way to make me a much appreciated cup of tea and it was especially kind! Will stay again!
