Having stayed here previously we again enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, we were not aware that they are under construction while making improvements which created some noise, dust and some limited services.

This is definitely an older property that has been renovated, and they did a great job. We didn’t find the breakfast particularly tasty and ended up eating somewhere else the second morning.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave great directions and suggestions for visiting areas around the Charlottesville area. The afternoon hot tea and cookies were a very nice touch. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast variety was the same every morning.

Very interesting decor, old bur in excellent shape. Room exceedingly clean and neat. Very comfortable. I had a short stay but room would have been excellent for a longer stay.

Staff- welcoming, everything very clean, neat, a little mildewy odor from air conditioner Room 224, intermittent loud engine noises but after falling asleep the noises didn't disturb, bed a bit soft. Breakfast-0】great selections. We would love to0 stay here again, but not on that side of the hotel.
