I had a great stay. The staff were very friendly. I was in a Queen Terrace, so there was an upstairs with a narrow staircase. As we don’t use the same terminology in the US, I didn’t know that. It was fine for me, but might have been a problem for others. I sleep with earplugs, so if there was street noise, I didn’t hear it.

Best part about this hotel is the location to the Cruise Terminal. We stayed here before and after our Carnival Splendor cruise. Don't expect a 5 star property. Yes it's clean, however the rooms need a few minor repairs. There was tile missing at the entry to the bathroom and a late night trip to the toilet ended up with a stubbed toe. The bed in room 211 was much more comfortable than the room we had prior to the cruise.. that bed was hard. Careful when using the hot water...it is extremely hot! If you're only looking for a basic room before or after a cruise, this fits the bill.

Check in was easy and staff very friendly. The location is awesome as so convenient to circular quay and many restaurants. Stayed a couple nights before a cruise and was so easy to get to the cruise terminal. Room was a little dated but the bed was comfy and the shower was lovely. The AC needs updating but still worked fine. Having a kitchen was convenient. No view at all but we didn’t spend much time in the room. Would def consider this place again.

We had a studio apartment. Unable to open windows it was stuffy and a bit musty. Old and dated. Roomy. Self contained kitchen. Location is excellent. I thought it was expensive.

Overall, our three days stay in this hotel was very good. The location, location, location! Location is charming, walkable to the Bridge, Opera House and all restaurants and entertainment in the area. Service was great too. Very nice people. Our studio room was good with small kitchen, very clean comfortable bed with partial view to the bay. Negative part: the bathroom is very dated-chipped bathtub, rusty parts on the shower door. Last day was rainy and we found a running cockroach in the bathroom. But it was a very good stay overall.

Perfect location
Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Perfect location for exploring Sydney, close to the harbor and train station. Nice to have full kitchen. The AC was a bit noisy but I would stay there again.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Shortly after arriving we noticed that there was a problem in our unit with the exhaust fan not working in the bathroom. Staff took this seriously and moved us to another unit with the minimum of fuss.
