All laminate NO CARPET This home is a three bedroom two bath home. Master has large walk in closet, double vanity in the master bath with a linen closet and walk in shower with glass door. The master bed is a king bed with beautiful furniture. There is a flat screen in the master bedroom. The kitchen has granite counter tops, gas stove and stainless appliances. There is a breakfast bar that has two bar stools. The dining area seats four.
Living area has a flat screen tv and very comfortable seating for watching television! Nice sofa with two electric recliners.
The two guest rooms have queen beds one of the rooms you can use as an office with a desk and office chair desk has a plug in for you to charge your phone, etc.
There is a small table and chairs out front if you want to sit out front and on the back lanai which is screened you will be able to relax and enjoy nice quiet evenings, with very comfortable lanai furniture. You can walk to Bacall Recreation center and the Largo pool.

The property was immaculate. It was very nicely furnished and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of good quality linens and the kitchen VERY well stocked. Would highly recommend this property. All that was missing was food in the fridge!

Everything was as advertised. It was Avery nice house, centrally located. Very close to the pool and rev. center as well as Sumter Landing. The golf cart was great. We very much enjoyed our stay. It was well worth the money.

thanks for all your help with this property. 1st rental was locked out??? your people put my wife and i up in a great hotel for 1 night and were able to find a very nice property which was available for the balance of our stay. many kudos to the home away team. my wife, who was not enthusiastic about this trip came away wanting to return next year. thanks again.
