Eight maximum guests. Get cozy and sleep two with one queen in each bedroom (3 bedrooms, 3 beds), and a living area sofa pull out queen (1 living area pull out) makes for two to eight guests in sleeping arrangements.

The master bedroom features a 2024 IPlush Serta mattress and Egyptian cotton sheets. Each bedroom with room darkening shades.

Wonderful comfortable beds with the plushness of 'The Hotel Collection'. Gel filled cooling pillows that The Four Seasons use for guest comfort. ‘Hotel Collection’ sheets to snuggle into with Westin Hotel comforters. Sheets are washed and bleached after each guest stay. Part of our 5 star clean protocol.

Guest Access
You have access to everything in the house and property except for maintenance shed. Nothing on the property is shared; it is all for guest use.

No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with digital keypad. A guest access code is provided to all guests before check-in, and you can easily let yourself in. Hosts will great you at some point to welcome you and answer your questions.

House Policies

Overnight Guests is a maximum of eight. If you are thinking of more than eight due to family gatherings, please talk with us, we are easy to accommodate.

Please insure that you have read and agree to the House Rules prior to booking. A lease is attached. Exterior security camera's are in use to monitor activity from the street and driveway area.

Overnight Guests is a maximum of eight. As discussed in the listing, we do host family reunions. More than eight guests may need to find additional housing. If you are thinking of more than eight due to family gatherings, please talk with us and get our permission.

Pet Policy:

- No pets are to be left alone in the home at any time without being crated.
- Pets are not at any time to be on the furniture including beds
- Pets are to be crated at night to insure there are no accidents in the home
- There are dog bowls for your use in the porch area
- You are responsible for any damage that may occur. If damage does occur, we will provide an estimate of damage along with a monetary request for damage reimbursement.

Pets are honestly an issue depending upon the responsibility of the guest. Please help us insure that we can remain pet friendly. Please be responsible with your pets.
