Cozy Holiday home in Theux

Half-way between the picturesque town of Theux and spa town of Spa, this comfortable 4-bedroom holiday home awaits you for a weekend, a week, or more. It has a private terrace to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings with your loved ones. The holiday home is perfect for a large family of 9 people or 2 smaller families. Children can have fun on a large trampoline and the whole family can enjoy a petanque court.

The owners have a small restaurant on the road. This will not cause any inconvenience and you can have local meals there. Supermarkets are 2 km away. For an evening stroll, the town center is 4 km. You can plan day trips to Spa, Malmedy, and Stavelot.

The ground floor holiday home has a large living room where you can eat and relax in the corner by the stove. You can spend leisure hours playing a match of billiards with your loved ones. There's a stream running at the bottom of the garden and at the back there are woods, to experience true nature. On request, you get a children's bed and a high chair. Parking is provided. A pretty pond to sit close to in the evenings and feel the peace come over you.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Mooi verblijf, proper en net. Vriendelijk eigenaars. Flexibel ,aanrader
Mooi verblijf, wat tegenslag met de watersnood in Theux. Het terras met zitbank aan het riviertje was weggespoeld. De eigenaars hadden wel voor de veiligheid een nieuwe afsluiting geplaatst.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln
Sehr schönes Haus, gute Aufteilung der Zimmer und Badezimmer, sehr saberer Innenbereich.Terasse könnte etwas besser gepflegt sein...Blumen usw., etwas bequemere Gartenmöbel wären auch nicht schlecht .Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder
