I DID NOT stay, I checked in, went to the room, and immediately left. The walls were paint chipped (not a big deal) furniture was all chipped or broken, half the lights worked, the sheets were stained AND HAD MOLD SPOTS. Totally disgusting, I left. They said they gave me a refund, but I haven't received it yet. The Baymont was almost the same price but it was clean. That was literally my only stipulation is I needed a clean place to stay. The OYO was so unsanitary...

This was our 2nd stay with OYO in Lake Park Georgia. Super sweet family runs it and I guarantee they'll take care of you and your family.

BUGS BUGS AND MORE BUGS
The service was average. not rude but not polite either. The sheets were stained, luckily no bedbugs IN the beds, but we had 2 live roaches come out of places and a dead one in the tub. which wasnt very clean!!! My kids didnt sleep cause they were so disgusted but we had been on the road all day and too poor to find something else. Especially since we paid $100 for 1 night and it was NONREFUNDABLE! As for the 'breakfast' its nothinf more than muffins, old juice and you can tell the coffee machines havent been cleaned nor were the tables. Absolutely not worth the money and I will never stay at one of these hotels again!

Standing dirt (not just stains) and pet hair all over the bedding, top and under the covers of the made beds. The walls and bathroom door were literally crumbling, with chunks falling out and ripped off. I returned the keys because there was no way we could stay there. He didn’t even suggest changing to another room, he told me that he would process a refund. I still haven’t see it though.

Very uncomfortable
Door was hard to close. No top lock. Bed was very uncomfortable! Dresser drawer wouldn't stay closed so middle of the night you would hit it!! Towels where stained up and very fuzzy. Was not happy! Woke up and could hardly move..
