Floor in our room was filthy, in the middle of the night roaches came out in numbers!
There was a dirty towel and wash cloth left in the room but upon request we were given clean ones.

Check in was fast. Room key didn't work so had to go back into front office. When got into room there was no remote. Had to go back to office to get remote. Then bo signal on tv. Went back to office which then was told their dish service was out.
The first room had roaches. Changed rooms and that door did not lock. If your turned the deadbolt to lock the door would still open without the key from the outside. We had animals and a child with us. Very unsafe. The linens were dirty. We got a refund and went elsewhere.
We had no remote for the tv (although they did eventually bring us one), no soap, no hair products, 1 towel and no cups…went to the office to inquire about these items and they had none but did give me a paper cup filled with bath soap….the outside corridors had trash cans overflowing and the room itself had someone else’s hair stuck to the wall….this place was disgusting for the amount of money they charge and I would never suggest it to anyone
Bed linens was black, had no toilet paper, no towels or rags. And no hot water, staff was drunk was drunk and wasnt attending front desk, roaches, door wouldnt lock, had a crackhead beating and knocking on our door ar 3 am in the morning, not a place to stay and not a place for kids.
