Our newly renovated home is located with quick access to the highway. This home is a great location for those wanting to stay just outside of the city. Minutes away from restaurants, parks, grocery stores, and coffee shops. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a large sectional couch that offers a place for a seventh person to sleep.
The perfect place to relax after a full day of activities. It is a ranch style home with no stairs to climb. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities for you to make your favorite meals or enjoy that first cup of coffee in the morning.
Cleanliness has always been at the forefront of our minds. Our newly renovated home, with all new furnishings will put you right at ease, along with our thorough cleaning of the property between guests.
Guests have full access to the house including the garage.

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood that is family friendly. 20 min to historic downtown Franklin and 35 - 40 min to downtown Nashville.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 7. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.
Extra Charges:
A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
