New. Very quiet without vis-à-vis large south and west terrace with a large jacuzzi 5 seats garden and barbecue, large private parking, local ski or bicycle.
We offer access to the jacuzzi with a supplement of 150 euros per week and a deposit of 500 euros

Hôte très aimable et agréable toujours des réponses à nos interrogations très souriant. Chalet très beau et très propre. Nous étions 6 personnes adultes et nous avions beaucoup d'espace. Tout ce qu'il fallait pour faire à manger et même beaucoup plus. Vraiment si il y a un gîte à louer c'est celui ci. Pour nous c'était la seconde fois et je suis sûr qu'il y en aura d'autres. Thônes est très bien situé pour les randonnées et visites des villages

Nice stay for Bike vacation

We had a nice stay in Les Clefs. It's a perfect base for roadcyling in the region. The house was perfect, it fits the discription and met our expectations. Sylvian was a good host, he is kind and good at communication.

Lieu paisible et super point de vue

Endroit très agréable, d’autant plus si le temps est de la partie. Il est vrai que même s’ils existent d’autres chalets aux alentours, cette location se trouve au calme avec un super point de vue sur la tournette. Si l’on aime faire des sorties en vélo, il y a de quoi faire…Nous serions bien restés une semaine de plus

Nous avons été agréablement surpris de voir à quel point les photos étaient conformes à la réalité ! Le chalet est propre, tout confort, le jacuzzi est un sacré plus ! La terrasse est très spacieuse et la vue (sans vis à vis) est à couper le souffle !!

Chalet très agréable

Nous recommandons ce chalet très agréable pour y séjourner entre amis, et famille. Attention aux frais supplémentaire nous n’avions pas lu les conditions générales et l’eau et l’électricité sont à payer en plus, nous avons été très étonnés de ce procédé c’est la première location où nous devons payer en plus. Il faut compter 80€ la semaine à 4, sachant que nous avons fait très attention soucieux de ne pas payer trop cher.

Location très appréciable

Agréable chalet bien entretenu, bien situé proche des stations de ski, magnifique vue sur les montagnes, le jaccuzzi est un plus très appréciable comme la grande terrasse et le coin barbecue. Nous avons également apprécié la cheminée les soirs plus frais. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons cette location.

Superbe chalet très bien situé

Très beau chalet avec nombreux équipements. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique ; nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Sylvain est aux petits soins et très disponible ; seul petit bémol à l'arrivée le numéro de téléphone sur le site n'était pas le bon.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce chalet, il est vraiment bien équipé, les chambres sont spacieuses et deux salles de bain un vrai confort à plusieurs. Le poêle a bois très appréciable, même si le bois est payant cela chauffe bien le chalet et apporte une ambiance chaleureuse. Aucun vis à vis, les autres chalets sont assez espacé. Merci à Sylvain

Une expérience sublime dans un chalet moderne

Notre expérience dans le chalet de Sylvain a été parfaite! Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien isolées. La literie est comfortable, le chalet est super bien équipé, moderne et chaleureux, le propriétaire accueillant et aux petits soin. Nous avons chauffé le chalet au feu de cheminée, ambiance cosy. La station de ski La Clusaz est a 15 min en voiture et Manigod a 10min. A recommander vivement!

Très beau chalet avec tous le confort et les équipements nécessaires.

Très belle vue, bon séjour et prés des pistes. Les chiens sont acceptés ce qui est très chouette, merci:) Seul petit hic, pas beaucoup de possibilité de faire des ballades à pieds vu que proche des grandes routes. A part cela , rien à redire. Merci
