The backyard is a total escape from reality! Enjoy the beautiful saltwater pool and spa. BBQ ISLAND/BAR: equipped with sink, burner, outside dining table, and additional seating. Outside games include: Putting Green and a floating basketball hoop for the pool.

Please note that you will be provided with 2 propane tanks, should you need additional propane, feel free to take the tank to Home Depot and exchange it for a full tank.

• Pool heating is offered at an extra charge:
- Pool heating: $130 per day *OR two days of heating or more for $100 per day *
- Spa heating: included in stay.
- Once the pool or spa heating is activated, refunds cannot be issued. It can take 8 to 10+ hours for the pool to reach temperature once the heat is turned on.
Pool & Spa care - This typically happens every Tuesday and Friday, so someone may enter the backyard during your stay to ensure the pool and spa are in excellent condition for your entire stay.

• Lawn care - This typically happens every week (front and back yards), so someone may enter the backyard during your stay to tend to the landscaping.

Outside games included: Putting Green and a floating basketball hoop for the pool.

• Trash removal is typically done every Tuesday. The trash and recycling bins are located along the fence line on the far side of the home. Thanks for your cooperation!

• Quiet hours 11 PM - 8 AM - on weekends and from 10 PM to 8 AM on weekdays. During these times, we kindly ask for you to be respectful of the neighbors. Feel free to enjoy being outside but keep conversation to a quiet level and please do not play music outside after these times.
