- Pool heating: $130 per day *OR two days of heating or more for $100 per day *
- Spa heating: included in stay.
- Once the pool or spa heating is activated, refunds cannot be issued. It can take 8 to 10+ hours for the pool to reach temperature once the heat is turned on.
Pool & Spa care - This typically happens every Tuesday and Friday, so it’s possible that someone may enter the backyard during your stay to ensure the pool and spa are in excellent condition for your entire stay.
• Lawn care - This typically happens every week (front and back yards), so it’s possible that someone may enter the backyard during your stay to tend to the landscaping.
Outside games Included: Putting Green and a floating basketball hoop for the pool.
• Trash removal is typically done every Tuesday. The trash and recycling bins are located along the fence line on the far side of the home. Thanks for your cooperation!
