A little updating would make these cabins incredib
We had a wonderful time. The river in front of the cabins was beautiful.
Sleeping set up for 6 adults wasn’t so good. If they put a little time and love into these cabins it would be incredible. They definitely need a little updating. Didn’t feel very clean.
We rented the family cabin for my family of 6 adults. We had the best time. The property isn’t new or refurbished. The cabin is rustic which gives it a woodsy charm. My family loved it. It’s close to restaurants and Sequoia National Park. My only complaint is there wasn’t enough trash bags and we couldn’t get ahold of anyone for more trash bags and towels other than that we enjoyed our stay.
This property has a great outdoor with river next to it but it’s very old and dirty. Toilet wasn’t working but we managed to fix it. Heater wasn’t working but we still managed to fix it thanks to the electrician and plumber in our group. The stairs at yard are broken and one of the guys fall. Stove wasn’t working properly also.

Good location for national park, room had kinda thin walls
This was such a cute, comfortable little property in a great location right outside Sequoia National Park. We truly enjoyed out time there, and our host was very attentive and helpful.

Property definitely needs some updating and renovation. A lot of trash and construction materials throughout the property. Unit had holes in the walls but overall was an okay stay.
A little hard to find and the gravel driveways had quite a drop off. No windows on second floor where carpet was very dirty. Huge dust bunnies under furniture on both floors. Hole in the wall in the bathroom over 3”, and many other areas where there were plaster patches that had not been repainted. Deck was very nice and enjoyed a relaxing afternoon there. Saw a few mule deer in the morning.
The property that I booked lost it's water supply. I must appreciate the office manager and Mike who helped us relocate to another available cabin, though smaller than what I booked for. Secondly, the booked property itself was quite secluded and felt unsafe. Wifi did not work at all during the stay.
Nice place to stay cabin was a little old and rustic and we are ok with that so if you’re looking for something newer and upscale this is not the place for you. River was about 200 feet from cabin which was nice to hang out and relax. Our dog loved it. Local market was close walking distance. Nothing to complain about except ladder leading up to loft blocked the view of the TV but we didn’t watch TV so we didn’t care. We will be back for sure
This property is not as advertised. the room was very small. And everything was old and grungy. The owners seem to be trying to improve it with newish curtains and bedspread, but can't do much to change it. We found a stain and hairs on our sheets when we folded down the blankets and decided just to leave and lose our money. I would stay here if i was on a budget, but it's not very desirable.

The closest you can get to the park entrance
Located just 15 minutes from the entrance to Sequoia Park, around 45 min to the Congress trail and 1h30 from entrance to Kings Canyon. Convenient cabins with full kitchen. Martha was really great and helpful. Great coffee and food places are right next door. I recommend to fill gas before coming as prices are high and download internet stuff before you come as there is no cell phone reception and wifi does not reach well the cabins. Best wifi is outside in the balconies.

On the plus side, new outdoor furniture and grill. Perfect Location for sequoia Park. If you are a clean freak or have OCD, this isn’t the place for you. It always baffles me how when you do upgrades you don’t finish the job. We had a beautiful new floor in the bathroom, but no trim except one side. So the sheet rock is all dinged in and flaking. The colors on the walls make it look really dingy. I don’t know what the idea was behind the topcoat they put on the paint. Refrigerator coffee maker microwave all worked fine. Very scarce on the silverware and cups so make sure you bring your own. The ACs worked fine and the bed was comfortable. There might as well be no curtains because they’re see-through and thin and looked dirty. Upstairs there isn’t any so the sun comes in early.

No way - did not stay.
Description given to hotels.com about property was deceiving.
Recieved email day off arrival claiming it was "rustic". We've been in rustic cabins but this was beyond. A cut out self-made doggie door leading from back into closet, barely got door open due to size of room vs king bed. Torn comforter, approx. 12 vhs videos / vhs players in room offered entertainment, and room was not ready when arriving at 4:30 pm, had to ask for key and had to wait as they had to look for it because they couldn't find it. We did not stay. We booked another hotel and ate the cost.
Holes in the wall. Tv didn’t work. The floor was very dirty.

Run away! Far away!
Terrible cabin! Nothing like the pictures!
The lawn looked like a junk pile!
We would have looked for another hotel but there was no WiFi and no cell phone reception,
I may do a charge back on my credit card!
Beautiful area. Property is full of potential as a lot can be done around the landscaping to make it feel more inviting and cared for. Don't plan on using the bbq, they are full of ash and have no where to dump the old charcoal. There are two resident dogs that can be unwelcoming as well. For what it is though, not bad, had a camping vibe. I loved the frogs near the river
