This is a really nice hotel- big and modern bathrooms, nice bedrooms, excellent breakfast, ebikes for rent, etc. The pillows were way to soft/thin for us, but after requesting some help, the reception brought up different pillows for us that were great.

We literally booked this hotel to use the spa after a long hike. When we arrive and go down, the whirlpool is out of order. It stayed like that for the two days we stayed. Not cool at all when this feature is so prominently shown to entice you to book. Won't probably come back...

Idéal für einen Zwischenstopp in der Region
Bis auf eine fehlende Klimatisierung im Zimmer waren wir vollauf zu frieden. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal war bei Bedarf zur Stelle. Die Lage direk am See mit toller Sicht in die Berner Alpen ist toll. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Einstellhalle mit Stromlademöglichkeit ist der heutigen Zeit angepasst.
