Negative 20 degrees and NO heat in the room! Couldnt figure out all night what that whistling and humming was from...when i gave up at 530 am and decided to just head for the airport early (the room a frosty 55 degrees faranheit) i discovered that the casing that held the window-closing mechanism had a massive hole in it that was letting all the cold air in! Heater on the wall did not work at all and the casing on it was bent and broken. I would have left the room over the night but was too broken and tired to go through the hassle so i slept with pillows over me, when i did sleep, and towels on me to try to stay a little more comfortable. I wont risk staying here again.

We found blood on our pillow after waking up, and it was not mine or my husbands. The pool was very cold my niece and nephews lips were purple, and they couldn't barely enjoy it. They played mostly in the hot tub which my sister described as a lukewarm bath water. The rooms when we got there were hot as a sauna, we had to open the windows and turn off the heat it was suffocatingly hot.

The room heater did not give heat at night. Front desk had to bring a portable heater. The toilet kept making dripping sounds. The phone had no instructions on it as to which button was for what. The shuttle phone for the Superior Inn at the airport does not work. Security had to call for a shuttle. The ad on the shuttle board still shows Victoria Inn. At least the shuttle driver was nice.

Front desk staff were friendly. Hotel restaurant was awesome, great food and staff. The bed in our hotel room was very comfortable. Though we were not given the proper room that we booked online, this was very disappointing to me. The bathroom door in our room had a busted latch and door could not close. The cleanliness of the room was actually appalling. There was dried blood smears around a door frame. Specks of dried blood on the curtains. Stained lamp shades. Filthy stained carpets. Old soap residue in shower. Overall, I'd recommend the restaurant. But i will NOT stay at this hotel again.

Front desk staff were very friendly. Restaurant in the hotel was convenient and food was good. Our room was very cold and there weren’t any temperature controls in the room to adjust it. Room was also a bit worn out, could really use an update. Main pool was also quite cold but the kiddie pool was a perfect temperature for the kids.
