The apartment is located within the fabulous 3* Apart/Hotel Cinco Plazas complex designed as 3 plazas around pools. It is situated in a quiet plaza designed for families. 5 mins walk to the beach and shops/restaurants with its own private parking area. The complex offers 2 x large pools, 1 x children’s splash pool, sun beds and sun umbrellas (all free), 24 hour reception desk for queries, hospital, doctor, dentist, taxi and police etc. There is a car hire desk and an excursion desk where advice and island excursions are arranged. Wifi in the apartment. Shop – including groceries, alcohol, swimwear etc. Launderette room – washing machines and dryers. Pay phone kiosks. Great apartment with excellent location and communication
We had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment. It was our first friends trip away and the clean and comfy apartment made it a perfect time! There was almost everything that we needed and the location was perfect. The views were beautiful and the apartment was very clean! Michelle was very helpful with giving us tips and was quick to reply to messages, thanks for having us to stay :)

Perfect family property
We stayed here October 2023 with our two teenage daughters. The apartment is lovely with everything you need for a couple of weeks in the sun. Both pools on the complex were good and it was nice overlooking the kids splash park as it was quieter than the two other areas in the complex. The supermarket is right next door and the beach a 5 minute walk away. Location wise this is perfect. The Spinnaker Restaurant above the supermarket is worth a visit too. I would recommend this place for a family holiday. Very pleasant dealings with host throughout.

Great property only one small complaint is the lack of sunbeds is the worst we have ever came across and we were at this property out of season, i wouldn't stay in the summer as it would be packed and not enjoyable, the apartment was really great, everything we needed and very homley and it over looks the splash park which is great, i would def go back but not summer

Lovely apartment.
The apartment is nicely furnished and decorated and very well equipped. The owners are great in their communication, both in terms of giving information and in responding to the random questions I sent. The complex is great for kids, with swimming pools and a splash pad and playground and organised activities. Although the apartment is privately owned, the complex staff are friendly and helpful. In terms of location, it’s very close to the beach and all shops, restaurants and bars. Also, local bus services run nearby if you want to venture further afield. We loved staying here and the kids felt very at home, thanks to the care the owners put into the apartment and the nice homely touches.

Very clean, but overlooking splash area so if you are not keen on hearing small children scream with pleasure then this is not the place for you. Notice this is at the top of a steep hill (as is most of Puerto Del Carmen)

On arrival at our apartment everything looked good, but then we had problems with the door it wouldn’t lock several times and this caused stress to our holiday! The apartment had lots of cobwebs around the top windows and there was a piece of volcanic rock on display which previous guests had stuck there chewing gum to after closer inspection! There was no toilet roll which meant we had to go and purchase ourselves. The television didn’t work even after reading the property manual it just came up with no signal, Also the Wi-Fi wouldn’t work it said insecure network and weak signal meaning we couldn’t use this feature! On day 7 we spent over half an hour trying to lock the door to leave for dinner with our family and it just wouldn’t lock we tried everything in the end I called the property manager and she said oh I can come tomorrow? I was abit taken aback by this as what was we supposed to do leave the apartment open whilst we went for dinner? That wasn’t an option for us! She then said ok I will come but will be 20 minutes so we had to delay our evening with two young children which was very stressful! When she arrived we had managed to lock the door and she did give us a different key, she said they had problems with the door previously so this should have be fixed in my eyes. She also said I will be coming back tomorrow anyway as we were staying for 10 nights after 7 nights as per the property booklet the sheets should be changed and fresh towels etc. The next day we heard nothing she didn’t return leaving us with the same sheets/towels for the entire stay! Overall I expected a lot more and weren’t very happy with the service and facilities. I would like the property owner to contact me to discuss this further as I feel we paid for something we didn’t receive!

We arrived late and followed the instructions looking for apartment 1121 it tuned out to be11a on the wall/door.On opening the door we were hit with the smell of damp which stay for our whole weeks stay.Looking at other guests reports in the visitors book it's been an on going thing for a while. Apart from that we can't fault the place just as it describes it on the Home and away page.We would go back despite the smell.

Great facility we had everything we needed!
We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything we needed was supplied, there was loads of space and it was very clean. Our return flight wasn’t until the evening, we asked if we could stay until the afternoon instead of the usual 11.00am checkout, and we were told we could stay later, which we really appreciated!

Great Apartment and Complex
Spacious apartment and in a great complex especially for children. Kept clean and comfy beds. No air-con so found it really hot but there was a few fans in the apartment to help. The pool in the photos is now a splash park for smaller kids but the other quieter pool is just round the corner. WiFi great. Very good choice of TV channels also! We had a late flight and the manager of the property let us stay on for no extra cost which was nice and so helpful to us 👍 Would highly recommend this apartment and the area. So close to everything!
