Pessoal esse lugar é incrível. Não entendo o porque de tantos comentários injustos. Vou falar um pouco da minha estadia. Chalés com 2 quartos, banheiro, cozinha, varanda com vista para a piscina. A piscina sempre limpa, Os quartos é feito a limpeza todos os dias, camas super confortáveis, travesseiros super macio, chuveiro com a vazão perfeita água quente ou fria como preferir. Café da manhã tem um custo de R$ 15,00 por pessoa. Básico mas satisfatório com pães, frutas, sucos, queijo, presunto, ovos mexidos, salsinha, cuscuz, tapioca feita na hora, café, leite. Tudo muito gostoso. A pousada é na entrega de Pipa, a caminhada é de 5 minutos a pé para o centro, estava com duas crianças que em momento algum reclamo da caminhada. Pousada segura com câmeras por toda a pousada. Tranquilo, sossegado. A pousada oferecer 4 vagas para carro. Os demais pode colocar em frente sem nenhum problema. A pousada ficar ao lado de um flat que as vagas são todas na rua. Existe vários carros ao redor. Que por sinal a iluminação da rua principal nesse trecho é ruim. Já a rua da pousada é bem iluminada, fica situada em uma rua paralela a principal que não é nem 30 segundos para chegar a principal. Estou relatando mimha estadia porque se eu tivesse confiado nos relatos tinha passado longe. Muitos relatos aqui infelizmente não são verídicos, não condiz com a realidade do local. Infelizmente às pessoas perderam a noção do que é uma pousada e um hotel 5 estrelas. Os chalés são incríveis.

Não gostei da pousada, não me senti segura, quarto com cheiro forte de madeira, não passaram pra fazer limpeza e nem se quer perguntaram se queríamos. Não recomendo !!!!

Poderia ser muito melhor
A pousada apresenta estacionamento para pouquíssimos carros, 4 carros, sendo que 2 ficam trancados pelos outros 2. A comunicação com a pousada é muito difícil, n havendo cumprimento do combinado na reserva, bem como resolução de problemas, o funcionário não tem autonomia para resolução de problemas, o supervisor deles não é o responsável pela oestabelecimento ou reserva. Dessa forma, dificulta a comunicação. Café da manhã muito tarde 8 às 10, poderia iniciar às 7h. Iluminação desfocada, onde precisa n tem luz, quarto e banheiro com esse problema. Chuveiro c queda da água próximo à parede e a água não esquenta. Papel higiênico ausente no quarto, sempre que entrar um novo hóspede tem que verificar se tem papel no banheiro, não pode liberar uma reserva sem verificar isso. Copos no quarto, disponibilizar alguns copos no quarto para os hóspedes.

Pousada aconchegante mas um problema de manutenção me incomodou bastante: ao entrar no chalé havia sempre uma possa de água que quase invadia o quarto. Tapetes diariamente encharcados.

Chuveiro separadado do vaso que tb separado da pia( 3 ambientes) horrivel! Onde tem o chuveiro nao tem caida boa da água. Chuveiro auper fraco. O porta sabonete quebrado( sem ter onde colocar). Ja na parte do vaso( cabo da ducha totalmente enferrujado) bem como o corta pale higiênico. E para finalizar a partir de 6h vc nao dorme( quarto 16) pois fica em cima da cozinha e é un inverno de barrulho com o preparo do café
