Checked in late and needed to walk around to find someone to check us in. Cards did not work and had to go back to front desk. Hallway carpets were filthy. Room was clean. Pillows were small and so squishy they melted to nothing. Alarm clock started very quietly going off at 6:30 in the morning and we did not set it, nor did it show that it was on. No way to make stop unless you snoozed it every 5 minutes. Would have to move the nightstand completely to get to the plug to unplug it. AC was on despite the fact it was only 38 degrees outside. Heat would only work on full fan, the auto mode did not work so we either were freezing or melting. Breakfast done by 9:30 when typically done by 10:00.

The queen sized bed had an obvious dip/depression. It sagged quite a bit. It is time to replace the mattress in room 118.

Everything was good except when I booked the room it was handicap accessible with a walk in shower for my mother in law but what we got was a very high bathtub. By the time we realized it we had all our stuff out. I will definitely make sure next time.

These folks have a way of making you feel like they truly care about your well-being. From Brittany at the front counter to Joe in maintenance, you couldn’t ask for a better hotel/motel experience, We were fleeing Hurricane Milton, so had an extended stay.
