This was the last night of a weeklong Christmas vacation to Florida. We were on our way home when I started to feel ill so we just found the closest hotel that looked clean and had a room for the night. This Hampton Inn was fabulous. From the cookie that we were given upon arrival to the managers delicious reception so we wouldn’t have to go find a restaurant to the comfortable beds and then starting our day with a delicious breakfast. Everything was spectacular. It was a wonderful respite at the end of a long dismal journey. We think we found our new stopping point on our next trip! Thank you very much.
What an amazing ending to a miserable travel day! Traveling after the Christmas holiday is no joke. But the staff at this location, make it worth your while! Usually, we try to go the least expensive route possible. But after staying at this location and seeing what this chain has to offer, it’s worth the price.
Just an overnight stay as we drove through over the holidays. The hotel was busy but there was ample parking, an excellent breakfast and several restaurants were close so we could have a nice dinner. Lots of towels and clean room with linens that smelled nice. Beautifully decorated for Christmas too. Staff was very friendly. Couldn’t have asked for better

What a fantastic staff. They are professional and seem to work well together. We had a room issue through third party booking(not the hotels fault) and Kyle at front desk helped us although the hotel was booked. I even forgot my headphones in the room and they found them. Kyle was a superstar but every member of staff that we came in contact with was professional and friendly. From housekeeping to the ladies in the breakfast area . Front desk staff day and evening is really great. We were pleasantly surprised.
The extremely friendly lady at the front desk made you feel right at home. Rooms were very clean. The Happy Hour from 5-7 pm was such a nice surprise with wine and beer included with a buffet that you could make your dinner. Four waffle machines at breakfast as well as a wide variety of other breakfast options. Coffee and tea were always out as well as in your room which included both microwave and refrigerator. Good cookies when you check in.
Initially my wife and I found ourselves in a room that looked not at all like the booking photos. We returned to the desk and vented our frustration about this. Thankfully the desk staff responded with grace and kindness finding us another room that exactly met our expectations. We greatly enjoyed the hotel’s breakfast the following morning. Take it from this old Marine - it’s above and beyond your usual hotel fare. We’d definitely stay here again.
