Not what I expected
The room was clean but the carpet in the hallway not so much also the elevator floor could have been cleaner. I guess my expectation was too high. I expected a Hilton Hotel but because it was low budget I got what I got. I imagine it's ok for a rest stop...breakfast was old school continental which means it was lacking. No ice bucket, no cups in the room but when I was checking out I found them at the ice machine go figure. This hotel had high rating but for me it was 1 or 2 steps above a motel. I gave ir a try but I'll spend the money and go some other place more to my liking BUT I'm still with Hilton. For me it's a budget thing! If you just need to sleep and shower yes, go for it!

They were doing roadwork around the parking lot that made it difficult to get into the place plus our room smelled like hot tar. I have never been in a motel that didn't have drinking glasses in the room, not to mention no ice bucket or coffee service, I was told this was a economy measure, unfortunately the room rate was not economy. The bagel bar breakfast was a real disappointment, didn't even offer any protein. I am surprised Hilton put their name on this place and will never stay at another Spark.

Beautiful hotel. I appreciated the fact that the thermostat was able to go down to 60 unlike most hotel that restrict it from going any lower than 65. Downsides were: no microwave or coffee maker in the room and the shower gel dispenser was empty. Also, the breakfast was lacking. Only bagels and yogurt.

Nice redo of a days inn. Clean but spartan. No cups, no ice bucket, no coffee machine. Smaller than average room. New bedding was nice. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off at 6:15 am which was quite shocking. Turned out to be false however.
